5K Belkin Power Bank
I purchased this power bank from my Verizon online store 7 months ago. After using it a few times, I realized that it can fully charge my iPhone SE 2020 only fwo times from 20% before being depleted. After changing my iPhone SE to 80%, it can’t fully charge my iPad from 49% and is depleted when the iPad has 80-85%. Not sure if this normal for a 5K power bank or if I should have purchased a 10K power bank. I plan to use the 5K poweqr bank for emergencies when traveling.

I brought this Verizon online store 2 months ago and started using from a week. Takes long time to charge. Does give only 80% charge one time by loosing 100% charge of power bank. Can’t return at store due to return policy. Planning to gift it to a friend who can still use this for his minimal emergency purposes.

Massive and isn’t actually 5000mah
I own Belkin’s 10000mah portable battery and for some reason it’s the same size as this 5000mah. It’s 2.5x larger than a 4500mah one that this was supposed to replace. I’ve used it twice and am noticing I am not getting the charge it claims it has, more like 3000 to 4000mah. It seems to suddenly die near the end. I’m going to exchange it in case it’s a dud…. But I wouldn’t have bought it if I knew how huge it was. I also have to press the button to charge if a device gets disconnected. A friend knocked my watch off of it, and I didn’t realize it wasn’t charging until a while later because the button wasn’t pressed again.

Long lasting battery
Seems to hold a charge for quite a while and is able to charge my phone from 1% to 100% with minimal drop in battery level. Being able to charge the power bank and my phone with the same cable is a plus. Plastic case seems to be a little on the cheap side.

Very Light and Fast charging
This Is the lightest power bank I have ever bought. Small in size but has plenty of power to fully charge my devices. It charged up my iPhone from 20% to 100% in under 2 hours. Also, The ability to use the same cable to charge the Power Bank with as you do to charge your iPhone is a Huge plus

Great product, excellent fast charging.
The Belkin Boost Charge Power Bank 5K is a great product. It is made of plastic, but seems to be well built and looks like it could take a few drops without breaking. It is a good size and could easily fit in a back pocket. It is not too bulky and only slightly larger than my iPhone 7.
The ability to fast charge at 12W (5 V, 2.4A) was great. One, it allowed the power bank to recharged very quickly, so you could get back to using it. Secondly, it meant I could charge my phone very quickly. I was able to charge my iPhone 7 from 20% to 90% in only 70 mins, which is great!
The ability to recharge the Power Bank with a lightening cable is a huge plus. I have other power banks, and hate that I have to carry around multiple cables to charge my phone and the device. This feature means I only need to carry one cable with me to take care of charging both the power bank and my iPhone. The Power Bank DOES NOT come with a cable, but at this point I'm sure everyone is like me and has many lightning cables laying around.
This is a great product, and I would highly recommend. Belkin always builds high quality products.

LIght and powerful
I received this about a month ago and just used it on a 5 day road trip where it was invaluable at keeping both my and my wife's phones charged while away from any plugged in chargers. Charged my wife's phone twice from < 20% and mine once from 40% with 1 light still available. It's light and easily charged with the same cable so no extra cables to carry.

Great for long times away from a power source
Great product. I like the fact that I only need one cable to charge both the power bank and my phone. Product is lightweight and seems durable. Charging with this power bank is fast and easy. Only complaint is that the battery capacity isn’t great. I was able to charge my iPad from 0% to about 50% in around 35 minutes.

So convenient!
This power bank is the best I've ever used. It's slim and light, about the size of my phone, and I don't have to carry an extra cord when traveling. Best of all, the power lasts! Some of my smaller power banks run out before my phone is even charged, but this one will recharge my iPad and still have power left to recharge my phone.

Ingenious with same cable for charging/recharging
This Power bank is different from most other power bank where it uses the same lighting cable to charge devices and recharding the power bank, so you do not need to get another microusb cable. I just travelled with this recently, and not having to carry an additional cable is nice.

I received the product very timely and have used it several times. I was not aware that there was a product specifically for iPhone/iPad that would allow me to carry only one cord for both. This is a terrific product and has exceeded my expectations so far.

One less cable to worry about
I am on the move and am a heavy user of my phone all day. Frequently by the end of the day my phone is dead. I have a few power banks. But often I leave the micro usb cable at home and forget to charge them. I have a bunch of lightning cables and chargers laying around and being able to charge the power bank with the same cord is a huge boon.
I have been using the power bank for the past two weeks and like most powerbanks it is not very exciting. It does exactly what it should. It charges the phone quickly and charges quickly itself. The indicator lights are easy to see and easy to use.
this is now my preferred power bank and don’t hesitate to recommend it to people deep in the apple ecosystem.

Well-designed product and impressive performance
The Belkin Power Bank 5K is a well-designed product with an impressive performance. Out of the box, I was impressed with its sleek profile and how slim and light it was. The dark semi-gloss finish seems to reduce the product’s profile even further. In fact, the Power Bank 5K resembles an iPhone 7 plus – if you put them side by side, it’s hard to tell the difference.
Now for the performance- the product was charged 75 percent out of the box and I started using it right away. My daughter’s iPhone 8 plus had only 30 percent charge left, and I asked her to use the Power Bank 5K to charge it. She plugged it in and, 45 minutes later, her phone was fully charged. Nonetheless, the Power Bank 5K still had 50 percent charge left. The next day I decided to test the Power Bank 5K for durability and toughness. I fully charged the Power Bank 5K and placed it in my jean’s front pocket along with my keys and worked in my yard for about two hours. The temperature was about 80 degrees in a beautiful Georgia sunny day. At the end of the two hours, I retrieved the Power Bank 5K from my pocket and inspected it for damages – there were no scratches (from keys), no temperature related damage and the charge was unchanged. The next day, I traveled from Atlanta, GA to Seattle, Washington (8 plus hours trip). During the TSA security check, I placed the Power Bank 5K together with my iPhone 7 plus in the conveyance belt – I believe that the TSA officer thought that I had two iPhones as they never realized that it was a Power Bank 5K. After depleting my iPhone during the first leg of the trip, it took the Power Bank 5Kabout 45 minutes to return my iPhone to a full charge during the lay layover. For the second leg of the trip, I was very happy because my iPhone was fully charged, and I was ready to enjoy a movie during the long fly.

Charges my phone very quickly
This device charges my phone very quickly. I was very very impressed with how my phone jumped from 7% to 68% in a very short period of time and the power bank still had about 2/3 of the charge left. This will easily become something on me at all times! It is roughly the size of my phone so if nothing else, I feel balanced with this in my opposite pocket from my phone. Haha. But seriously it works so well and I would happily buy these for anyone who is an iOS user!

Super Thin and Sleek
This battery pack does not take up a lot of room in my backpack. The one cable to charge phone and recharge the battery pack is genius. Why did it take so long to come up with this product?
I have an iPhone 7 Plus. This battery pack doesn’t have a large capacity so I removed one star.
If you want a thin and light weight battery pack, this is a good choice.

I was expecting more from this charger. I have another one that is smaller and gives more of a charge. With the size of this charger you would think it would be capable of wireless charging. The housing feels cheap. I carried it for a day and it already has scratches all over it.
I drained my iPhone XS completely. I was only able to get 1 charge out of the charger. I made sure to stay off my phone as much as possible to get a feel for the charge. My other battery backup that is smaller has charged 2 phones from dead and still had charge left.
The only up side is that it has a lightning port to charge. I already carry a micro usb for other electronics I use, so that isn’t a huge up side for me.

Nice portable battery - a must have for travelers
I use this convenient Power Bank to replenish my iPhone when I travel. It has a slick design. I have the black one, but it also comes in a white. It is not the most compact but you get a 5000 mAh battery that will give you 35 hrs of extra battery power for your Apple devices. The Power Bank has a remaining power indicator that when pressed will show the juice left in the battery. It also has advance safety features that will monitor heat, voltage and circuitry to prevent overheating while in use. You do need to have your lightning cable to use this Power Bank to top off your iPhone as well as to recharge the Power Bank itself when it is running low. A future enhance I would like to see is Qi wireless charging built into this Power Bank. Over all, I recommend this portable Power Bank if you do not have one. It deserves a place in your travel pack.

Belkin Boost Charge w/ Lightning Connector
Received this product and have been using it for the past 2-3 weeks. Overall, I love the design of the product as it is very sleek and inconspicuous as compared to other power banks I have used. I have the iPhone 7 and it fits well next to it either in my pocket or my bag. In addition, the single cable makes it by far the most convenient and accessible power bank I've ever seen.
Pros:
- Sleek design
- Ability to use a single cable, makes it so much more convenient than any other power bank. You can keep it to charge and just switch the cable around and take it on the go. SUPER USEFUL.
Cons:
- Wish it held more power, currently I get about 2 charges out of it, which is nice, but requires me to recharge it almost every day to ensure I don't run out while I'm at work

Just a great product!
I received this product from Belkin and all The first thing I noticed was how sleek and light weight it was. It easily fits into my shirt pocket. It also not only kept my dying phone battery going it charged it. It would have given me all the talk/data time I needed before I got back home to charge my phone battery on AC. I also was impressed by how quickly the charger itself charged up. To me, this is a must have product from Belkin.

Takes too long to Boost
When I first unpackaged the power bank, my initial thought was it is something that I can travel with. It is light and compact and it's slightly longer than an iPhone7. It is convenient on how you can use the same lightening cable to charge the power bank as well as an iPhone/iPad. It takes over 4 hours to fully charge the power bank (at 0% battery).
On a full charge, you can charge the iPhone7(2x) and it takes an hour+ to fully charge the phone each time.
On a separate full charge, it can only charge an iPad Pro up to 43%.
For the amount of time it takes to charge the power bank, I don't think it's worth the time or trouble.

Fast Charging
First thing that I like was the quick charge. I've owned several battery packs and this one is hands down the fastest charger for my iDevices. Form factor is a nice fit in my pockets when traveling. One thing that I wish for is an auto detect when I plug in my iPhone. Other battery packs that I've used have this feature where I did not need to hit a button to start the charge. I love the fact that I now only need to carry one cable with me, no need to have one cable to charge the battery and one for your iDevice, Overall I would recommend this to anyone who is looking for a battery charger.

Great Product
The BOOST CHARGE Power Bank is a handy product with flexibility to charge a variety of devices: iPhone, iPad Mini, Garmin 1030 (=different cable). The lightning port is handy for my Apple-centric world. The capacity is adequate to charge all 3 products. The only (slight) drawback is the symmetry of the case. In dim light top & bottom and front & back are not readily discernible.

Stands just above the rest
A common complaint I have with external batteries as an iPhone user is the need to charge the external battery by a completely different means than the method I use to charge my iPhone. Typically an external battery will require a micro USB, or USB-C, where as the iPhone itself charges via lightning, necessitating the use of two cables. This is an extra cable I have to account for when traveling that typically is only used for the external battery.
I was pretty ecstatic to see Belkin had mitigated this issue by including a lightning port on the new Boost Charge. It was extremely refreshing to unplug the battery from the charger, and then take that same lightning cable and connect the battery to the phone. No fuss, no having to find a lightning cable. I see this as a huge win. The battery offers 5000mah, which is enough for about a charge and 1/2 on my iPhone XR. It was good for about 50% battery on my iPad. It's also of note you get 2.4 amps when charging an iPad, so it's a slower charge. As far as build quality it feels pretty good. It's all plastic, but it has no give or play. It's also strangely light. it only weighs about an ounce and a half less than my XR, but it feels so much lighter than that.
I think my only real complaint is the size. It's nearly the exact same height as my XR, about 75% the width of the XR, and about twice as thick. It's not hulking, by any means. The Boost Charge is like carrying a second phone, basically.
Overall the convenience is fantastic. I think Belkin has made a fantastic product for iDevice owners out there who want to thin their cable collection and travel with one less thing to lose. I'll be defaulting to it from here on out.

You only need 1 cord for your Apple lightning products! Great design to both get and provide a charge for your iPhone/iPad in one simple lightweight power bank. nice smooth finish that does show some fingerprints, but 4 (four) simple indicator lights show off the amount of charge. Has come in handy on trips an even in a pinch when the power went out to keep the phone charged.

Perfect travel companion for iPhone and iPad users
I have had other portable chargers that were bulky and very heavy that weighed me down when traveling. This Belkin Boost Charge Power Bank is sleak and extremely light weight and can fit in my pocket without feeling like I have a brick in my pocket. Not only is it lightweight but I only need one lightening cord that does it all. No more carrying around a micro USB to charge the portable charger. The Belkin Boost Charge Power Bank uses one lightening cord to not only charge your iPhone/iPad but it also is used to re-charge the Power Bank itself. Lightweight and the need for only one cord makes it a great choice when traveling and I haven't even mentioned that my iPhone charges very quickly. Overall, I'm very happy and satisified with the Belking Boost Charge Power Bank 5K.

Considering the capacity, I like the size. It's a little thicker than my iphone 7 plus. The packaging says it should hold a charge up to 35 hours, which is perfect for travel. This particular model allows you to connect your Apple lightening connector. It's nice for us Apple users. One less cable to carry around.

Fast charger
I am quite pleased with this battery charger. I have an iphone XR. The battery on the phone was at 52% and then I attached it to the Belkin Boost Charge that had a full charge on it. Within 25 minutes, my iphone was up to 85% and the Belkin Boost Charge still had 4 out of 4 battery level dots on it. This little unit will definitely be traveling with us! I do wish they would have included a small charging cable with it - not a deal breaker though!

Simple, sleek, and useful!
This battery pack is the perfect size: not too heavy, not too tiny. It is about the same size as my iPhone 7. You will need a USB to Lightning cable since one does not come with the product. To charge the battery pack just plug your USB into an adapter or computer and into the Lightning port on the battery back. To charge or power your device, just take the same cord and plug the USB end into the pack and the Lightning end into your device. The one Lightning cable approach makes this very handy with fewer parts to carry around. Combine it with a wall or car adapter and you have a nice travel set up. All around this battery pack just seems like a great fit.

Great product in sleek packaging
I've had the 5K Power Bank for about a week and have been testing it with several items. Recharging my iPhone 6 was quick and topped it off from 30% easily. I also charged my headphones and remote controls. All charged up nicely. I used it on my iPad and found that a 10K Power Bank or larger would be a better choice. I like the battery meter on the pack and the thin case and light weight make it easy to put in a pocket.

Lightweight and convenient
I have several power bank units and the Belkin Boost Charge - for the 5000 mAh it holds - feels lightweight enough to regularly have with me on my weekday commute to top off battery life on my iPhone; it's also convenient to carry a single Apple lightning cable that can be used to charge my iPhone as well as the Belkin Boost Charge itself.
As for the charging performance, I rarely allow the iPhone to be under 30% power, so I can leave it in my bag and continually use the power bank without charging it during the entire workweek.

The materials used and build quality seen a bit sub par compared to other Belkin products I own. The plastics feels hard and slippery in your hands. There is a sharp edge along the side that feels as if it out to cut you.
The battery life is great but it does not automatically turn on when you connect your phone.
With a better “feel and finish” Belkin could have a nice product. As is, it just feels a bit cheep.

Light weight power boost with Lightning Connector
I like the sleek smooth design of the case, the power bank is light for it's size.
Obviously the connector design is one of the main features. If you have IOS devices then you only need a Lightning cable to charge the power bank or to charge your devices. Four LEDS indicate the current charge level.
The power bank is about the size of some smart phones and will easily slip into a pocket or a purse so it is there when needed.
The inclusion of a multi-connector cable might have been a nice addition to the package but certainly not a show stopper.

Lightweight, Easy To Use
The battery pack is lightweight and easy to carry. Very conveniently, you can use the same lightning cord to charge the battery and then to charge your iDevice (iPhone, iPad, iPod, AirPods, Apple Watch). I have used it with my iPad Pro and it didn’t provide a complete charge but that would not be expected from a 5K charger.
While not in use, it seems to hold onto its charge.

Very Convenient
I got this power bank earlier this month and it is really great. I have a larger one that is good for traveling, but this one is great for every day. It's not heavy and it charges quickly and has plenty of power for my iPhone or iPad. My only complaint is that it is so similar in size to my 6s that i forget which one is in my pocket. I love not having to carry multiple cables.

Good charger
I Like the charger but I thought it would include a charging cable, which it did not.
