Rated 5 out of 5 by from fall down in the last mile its a good device and it definitely does what it was promised to do, which is a good thing (so many things we buy - at a premium- this day don't) but if I had defined the thing I would have added 3 more things: 1. a bracket to mount it under a desk or a wall (no problem, me and my Wonderfull 3D printer are making one) 2. an SD card reader, I mean come on! really? if you are going to give us what Apple took away tat give it to us. 3. A thunderbolt 2/1 connector (read the comment on number two) if the next version has the 3 or 2 missing items it will then be perfect... if anyone is interested in the mounting bracket text me:) I'm still going to give it full marks as it does what its supposed to do.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Unfortunately not a good experience. Sadly on my brand new MacBook Pro 2017 touch bar and this Belkin I touched the usb-c cable and connection got lost, all drives connected to the system where unreadable and it did not charge anymore. The whole welkin was fried and too the connected assecoires down with it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Video issues with MacBook Pro 15" and Dell P2415Q I have to concur with other contributors that this dock does not appear to work correctly with the MacBook Pro 15" with Touch Bar connected to the Dell P2415Q via DP-DP cable. For reference, I'm using a 6ft, 4K ready gold plated DP-DP cable. As with other posters, the video flickers occasionally. I am able to use the exact same display with a USB-C to HDMI converter without issue. I have had no other problems with this dock in powering the MBP or using the network interface. However not having a useable video option makes this dock less than ideal.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Nice dock I bought this dock for hooking up my MacBook Pro to two 24" ASUS displays. It is a quality unit and does this well. That said it required two additional adapters. Specifically USB-C to DVI and DisplayPort to DVI. It would be really nice if this dock had two hdmi ports in addition to the 2x USB-C and DisplayPort for output.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from No Issues either Unlike other buyers, I have no problems using this dock. The performance is way more better than an adapter.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good, but far from perfect Graphics, networking and sounds work without problems. However, I have an external USB disk attached to the dock. When I disconnect the dock from the laptop (after properly ejecting the HDD in Mac OS), the hard disk spins up again, even if there is no laptop connected. Hardly the intended behaviour, in particular not for a EUR 350 dock.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Works great! So far every feature of this device has been working great. Docking and undocking everyday with my 15" MBP has been seamless. I am even using a crazy chain from TB3 -> TB2 adapter -> Ultrawide (3440 x 1440) monitor -> onboard USB ports -> USB 3.0 hub. And everything along that chain works great.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Works well: drives my HP ZR30w over display port Very nice. I come into the office and plug in one Thunderbolt 3 cable, and I have my power, display and peripherals. Couldn't be happier.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Compatibility issues with MacBook Pro 15 Touch Bar This is my first time writing a review for a product but I feel like I should do this since I couldn't find anyone having similar experiences online, and that others should be aware about the problems I have with this (rather expensive) dock, or share their experiences if there're resolution to fix the issues I found. I bought this from Apple Online Store yesterday, trying to use it with my MacBook Pro 15 with Touch Bar, a Dell P2415Q monitor (4k), and another Dell 24'' monitor in 1080p. The setup and connection was easy and convenient, which is where I like this product very much; but I have been experiencing video problems all the way around, and I'm not sure if the problem comes from the MacBook, the monitor, or the docking station. The first problem I experienced is a flickering screen, when I try to connect just 1 Dell P2415Q monitor to the DisplayPort. The 4k resolution was brought up right after the connection is done, but there're random blurs and flashes on the screen. It was like old analog television with bad signals or strong interference. I tried multiple DisplayPort cables and eventually found one DisplayPort-to-DisplayPort cable which seems to have addressed the problem, but I'm not that confident because all the other cables and ports (the P2415Q comes with a standard DP port and a mini-DP port) works perfectly before this dock. The second problem is random black out screen, when I connect both the monitors. The 4k monitor is connected to the DisplayPort on the dock, and the 2nd 1080p monitor is connected to the remaining Thunderbolt 3 dock via Thunderbolt 3-to-mini-DP adapter. Both screens light up fine but the 4k monitor starts to black out or flash from time to time. As of the time of this review, I'm still seeing the black outs so I haven't really figured out what to do with it. The 3rd problem I see comes when I disconnect the MacBook Pro port and reconnect it. Sometimes both screens can be light up correctly, but sometimes the 4k monitor lights up in 4K@30Hz mode instead of 4K@60Hz mode. I have to either power off the monitor and power up, or disconnect the MacBook Pro port and reconnect, and it would normally recover to 4K@60Hz after some attempts. I'm still getting used to this dock but so far it doesn't seem to work all the way I need, but I'm trying to see if there's a configuration I could find that would at least minimize or work-around the problems I see above, before I make a decision to return it. I'm still satisfied with how the MacBook can connect to dual monitors, the wired Ethernet, and the power cord in a single cable. And also, I'm not entirely sure if the problems are due to the dock, or the Mac, or the Dell monitors, but I have been using a Thunderbolt 2 docking station from another vendor with the 4k monitor via Apple's Thunderbolt 3 to Thunderbolt 2 adapter for quite a while without any problem.
