Does not hold up
The hand rest failed after a few months. When I use it know it is like having no support at all. This is my second one like this. The first one lasted for years. They must have changed something in the pad that it don't hold up. I would have to think twice to get another one like this.

Terrible Product - No Gel In Rest At All...
Mouse pad advertised as having a "gel-filled cushion" that "conforms to your wrist for maximum comfort and support". When in fact, the cushion is filled with wadded up foam (think of the foam you use to wrap around delicate items when shipping, folded over on itself multiple times). To make matters worse, every time you move your wrist, the foam makes a crunchy/crinkly sound. Wish I would have read the reviews on various retailer's sites before purchase; as I now know I am not the only one with these complaints. I know these sound like picky details, but don't advertise as gel-filled if it truly isn't.

Not the same as the older Belkin mouse pad
The lastest negative reviews on Amazon are correct. The noisy, crinkly gel made me throw it away. How could gel be crinkly?!
Plus, it’s different than the silicone used in it before. You need to fire the Quality Assurance guy or the executive who released this the market.

Great pad!
I have carpal tunnel, and this pad's wrist rest helps a lot. It's non-skid and the surface seems to make my mouse track more smoothly. Good price too.
