Technical support had to reset it. This changed the direction of placing paper in. And legal letter printing we are scared to try because it seems to cut printing off even when you set it to print legal.

Rated 5 out of 5 byTreebark from ReturnedToo many steps to do anything. Printer may be fine but software isn't. Scan splash screen end up below tray requiring drag up to see scan button. Can't highlight last scanned file name and copy over or dekete. Must click edit first.Just want to do job and move on without excessive clicking or dragging.

Rated 5 out of 5 byangelbabies1123 from this printer is okaythis printer has temperature issues, it can get to hot, or in my case it gets to cold and has to be used at a temp of about 60 degrees or more, our office is not heated and we have to put a electric heater blowing on it for about 2 hours before we can use it, I have a hard time finding ink for this printer, I wanted to get the amazon dash program but it is not available for my printer

Rated 5 out of 5 byDrSteve100 from Worst softwareI have had many printers over the 32 years in the business but this one rates close to the worst. All the issues seem to be with the software. When I print on both sides. for instance, with four pages, page four comes behind page one and three comes behind two. I have tried every combination on the menus and nothing changes. The default printing order is the opposite of what it should be since I don't know too many folks that want to start reading from the last page. The scan to file only allows the file to be horizontal instead of vertical with no option to change it. The machine goes to sleep and won't wake up unless the power button is pressed. The paper pick up pulls multiple sheets no matter how much I fan the paper. I had a 7020 printer that I wore out and loved but this one needs some serious help.
