It functions very well. only 2 comments for things I think could be better 1 the jpg outputs aer more grey scale than white and 2) it would be handy to have a touch button to begin scanning rather than click manually each time.

Have to pay extra to get the software to scan receipts. (Seriously!) Too expensive at half the price. There's more I don't like but too much to type. Don't buy it!

My husband and I traveling and when I have important tax documents I scan them onto my computer. It is quick and easy. The only reason I gave it four instead of five stars is because the connection on the scanner broke. I do not know if it was just a fluke or a defect in the product. Brothers made it right by sending me a new one for free. Thank you Brothers for working with me and having such great customer service representatives and products.
