Was unable to use it to make tattoo stencils
I purposely purchased this printer for use in making thermal spirit master to use on duplicators. After purchasing it would not make a master unit (stencil) after several tries and watching many vidoes on youtube I called the manufacturer and told them and they said the product was not designed for this purpose. How disappointed I was. I had explained when I purchased it to the salesperson what I wanted to do and he recommended this model. and said it was all I needed. It arrived just the printer. No batteries, cords, instructions, nothing. It was useless. Having to call back the manufacturer he said I needed a kit. I called the CDW and they sold me a battery, cords, and power cords. I really didn't need all that.but I bought it anyway. I called and returned the unit asap and they said they would refund me for my purchase. I havn't checked yet so I don't know if there is a restocking fee or if they refunded all my money. It's a good company CDW to do business with I guess. They were very nice.
