It's... toner.

Yellow edge decoration
An anomaly, this is the first time I have ever had a cartridge which delivered a yellow edge on the paper as I was printing, an unnecessary decoration. Amusing for me, but a problem for someone in an office.

Love the products, hate the experience
Toner is great, purchasing & implementation processes are terrible. I hate the interface. Took forever to figure out how to undo an auto order. What a complete hassle. I use a lot of e-commerce and other software for work. This isn’t a newbie here. I just want the interfaces and customer service to be so easy I don’t have to think about it.
