Not printing!
I bought this white satin ribbon with gold print for my new machine. I checked and made sure the ribbon was compatible. The ribbon will NOT print gold! It just comes out blank. I’ve tried calling Brother Customer Service twice! I was left on hold for 25 min then they hung up on me! Second day, they put me in hold for 14 min and hung up on me! I will never purchase from this company again!

Beautiful!
I just tried this for the first time. It is beautiful. I wasn't sure how it would look, but it is gorgeous and very professional looking. The ribbon is high quality as well. Can't wait to include a personal message for my custom orders. Worth the cost.
