Great Hub!
This is a great hub. As a photographer, I need a hub that has one port for a memory card reader and two ports for external hard drives. This small compact hub does that!

Poor sales pitch and knowledfe.
Was told by sales rep this would connect two 27" ultra thin monitors to either my latitude (work) and xsp13 (home), depending what i was using at the time. Doesnt connect monitors to either laptop.

Works good but not with addition devices.
Compact and works well. I plugged another 4 Port USB A 3.0 hub that has always worked great into this USB C Hub to consolidate 3 USB devices onto a single USB C port on my 2019 MacBookPro with intermittent results. Daisy chaining a second USB hub with a few USB devices has not been reliable.

USB type C functionality doesn't work on BOTH port
Description says it provides TWO fully functional USB type C ports downstream, but that is not the case. We can't do Power Delivery on both ports, only one works. We have 4 hubs they all work like this..

Disappointed
This item was recommended to me by the sales staff when I ordered 2 Dell P3221 D monitors to connect to my Dell XPS 15 9570. Unfortunately, it did not work as I was expecting. It did not work at all actually. I had to buy a USB C dock; at the time I did not know the difference, but I expected the sales rep to know what I needed.

Not All Devices Work
The first thing I plugged into this hub connected to my XPS 15 laptop was an iPod Classic but Windows could not detect the device. It also reduces the efficacy of the charger cable when passed through the hub. The cable is also very short, so you may want a USB-C extension cable unless you want the hub sitting on top of your laptop.

Intermittent connection
For some reason this one keeps disconnecting and reconnecting but I have no issues with the other types I have bought.

Great Company to work with
I needed a way to connect my new MacBook Air with my backup disk that I had and I also wanted to hook my phone up to the Macbook Air so they could communicate. Tom was great and answered all of my questions without making me feel stupid. You know how Techi People can be to us laypeople. Anyway great company and it came before it was suppose to. :-)

Perfect solution
The USB C Hub plugged in and worked. It was just what I needed to be able to have my MacBook Air hard wired to power, the ethernet and an audio interface when the Air has only two USB C ports. Perfect.

I can finally get my work done!
Great product and what I needed for my MacBook Air which only has 2 USB-C ports when I needed to plug in my monitor, digitizing tablet and wireless keyboard all while charging the laptop.
