Rated 5 out of 5 byLarry from Dual channel performance not a problem.Hesitated to install this in my Acer laptop R5 because there is only one slot available and the onboard memory is 4GB. By adding 8GB more that would max out the motherboard but would be unmatched. Works just great with 12 GB and dual channel is still enabled and bench test proves the numbers are up.Thanks, Crucial.com and your web scanner and "guaranteed" to work.

Rated 5 out of 5 byMark from Memory upgrade revved up my average laptop.Going from 6GB to 12GB by swapping out a 2GB stick with an 8GB stick makes my photos appear instantly when opened and all programs move so much faster! Memory and SSD's are the best upgrades to make.

I finally found crucial's system scanner and bought the card it recommended. Worked perfectly! I wish I would've used this site first.
