Rated 5 out of 5 byRandy Spencer from Rock solid UPSI purchased this UPS about a year ago and it has been very reliable. It has provided steady power to several servers and switches through several brown-outs and power outages. When my UPS was arrived the front cover was broken in shipping. Although the damage was only cosmetic, I contacted CyberPower about getting a replacement and they sent my a new one.
