Only 4GB on your computer will slow it down a lot.
An additional 4GB, making my Computer 8GB total solved the problem of my computer constantly going to the hard disc for data and really slowing down my computer.

Wrong style - did not fit
Wrong physical style despite using the Dell configuration support website for the specific PC. Submitted a request for an exchange online and got no response. Disappointing.

Why couldn't my new computer come with extra memor
The memory is OK, but I should have been able to buy the new computer with the additional memory installed.

Very poor
I originally gave this product 2 stars as when it didnt work, at least I was treated courteously, and the goods were picked up for a refund. I then got an email from them saying my review was being refused. So now I am dropping them down to 1 star. Whilst sending me the a part which didn't work would not have affected my future buying decisons, not publishing a negative review will! I doubt whether this will be published, but if it is, I suppose it will show they still retain some degree of integrity.
