Great Docking Station
This docking station was incredibly helpful in getting my home office set up with two monitors. I had been working with the one monitor and forgot how much have two wide screen monitors helped. The set up was so simple, quick and easy. I was up and running and it made a huge difference.

Doesn't have great 4k support, good otherwise
Please note that the max resolution and output from the dock is 4k at 30hz (I was pretty sad to realize this after I hooked everything up). Should work just fine for all other resolutions.

Compact Docking Station
The new docking stations are compact and easy to move around on your desk as well as locations if needed. The docking station allows for more desk space from the older models. USB in the front is nice for phone charges or any other device as it provides easy access.

Perfect connection point for my Dell XPS 13.
This docking station solved all of the problems I was encountering with me new Dell XPS 13. Sincereplacing an old and "generic" hub I had, I've had no glitches at all.

New laptop required new docking station to connect to my 2nd screen
When I was upgraded to a new laptop, my 2nd screen no longer was compatible. So IT suggested that I order this docking station rather than ordering a new screen - and it works perfectly! I now have 3 plugs, plugged directly into my laptop - power cord, 2nd screen and keyboard. So each time I need to un-dock, I need to remove all 3 plugs. Wish there was a way to not plug everything into my laptop.

Swiss Army Docking Station
I appreciate having a single connection point for all peripherals and supporting multiple monitors.
You could buy extra PS, Port replicators, Videos adapters for about the same cost and have a higher burden on the Users.
This rolls all docking/connectivity in to 1 unit.

I will never be a fan of the USB-C dock interface, there are still too many problems, with both the cable, as well as the laptop connector itself. that being said, this is a huge improvement over the WD-15. Full size display connectors means NO MORE ADAPTERS...……….Yay!

Works Great, plugged it in and worked first try, supports 3 monitors with no issues, only improvement it could use is a second HDMI port but the Display Ports work great
