Beautiful easy to use
My husband and I love it! I used the old printer and scan was not wonderful as now new printer. Now we able to scan many images in one scan. Which it's awesome!!!

Workforce ST-4000 Color Ink Printer
Printer was sent in a timely manner, packed well and was easy to set up. Be very careful to read the instructions to load ink and you'll do well.
Am not happy with the actual printer's menu and trying to print from the machine's copier. Is very confusing and picky; also need to use an implement to push the functions because it won't punch in commands with a touch. As long as you can scan into a device and print from wi-fi, you're fine. Photo quality isn't bad, but not the best.

Seems like a nice sturdy machine. However, it is slow in its functioning. The window for the menu is not only tiny but it's in the front not on top which makes using the faxing, copying and scanning difficult.

the scanner is super slow (no mention of scan speed in product details), i wish to return the product and contacted dell but they bounced me off to epson

Ok - so....
So far I like the printer quality and definitely like the small size for my home office. I didn't like the ink - and didn't know I was going to have to fill up ink tanks. Seems a little antiquated - but hope it lasts and hope the color stays vibrant. I had to wait a few days after purchasing to download the printer software from Epson -- their entire site was down for maintenance -- WOW?! Anyway - so far, so good.

Good printer. economical to operate. scanning difficult to set up
Large ink volume is great and it included an extra set of refills. The scanner is difficult to set up Spent over an hour and still cant scan. Incredibly loud but stumbled on a quiet setting that is much better. would like a USB for scanning.

The best feature of this printer is the ink tank. I was fed up with purchasing ink every couple months and when I did the math I was actually really saving by going with this eco-tank printer. I also love the wireless connection and it easily connected up to both the pc and Mac in the office. According to Epson, you can print hundreds of pages a month and the printer still comes with two years worth of ink! Besides the money savings I feel like all printers should go this route for the sake of the planet and reducing waste. Definitely happy with the purchase thus far! The quality of the prints is on par with my needs. I’ve even printed color photos and they are pretty good. Printing wirelessly from my phone has been a great bonus as well, epson has a few apps for this feature.
