All the office supply stores in my city had no inventory of this cartridge--so glad the HP store did! (why replace a perfectly operating printer when all it needs is a new printer cartridge?)

Toner Cartridge Malfunction
Purchased this expensive cartridge early February 2020. It is showing low toner status one month later after very light usage. Virtual Assistant cannot help and user support inaccessible right now so can't make a warranty claim.

This is not my first time in purchasing HP 17A Black Original Laser Jet Toner Cartridge. I am very satisfied with the number of pages I can print from one cartridge. I particularly am happy that there is a warning that the ink is very low. No surprises!

I like it
I have not had it long enough to give it 5 stars but so far I really like it. It's fast, smooth and no noise. Only problem I am having is paper sticking together and getting 3 or 4 pages going through at once. I have a good deal on Cartridges, they are suppose to get 6000 pages and they are cheaper then yours!

Initially it printed dots on the right hand side of the paper.
I had to google the issue, it seems I had to use the cleaning function. I repeated it nearly 10 times until everything was gone!
