Since putting in the 19A laser jet drum I have had beautiful clear photocopies. This was the first time since getting the HP that I had to replace it. I used about 6 17As prior.

Substitutions, availability and delivery.
That my printer accepts 17 as well as 19A. Also when I went to Staples they had neither in the store or on line. Delivery took 3 weeks.
