I origonally replaced the cartridge with a compatable, which turned out to not be compatable, so purchesed the HP cartridge instead. The original cartridge lasted only 3 months- other cartridges of my previous printer (Canon) lasted a year, based on my usage. So, although I'm pleased with the quality of the cartridges, I'm unsure of how long they'll last.

Reliable ordering system via HP, product just ok
Doesn’t seem to last, but buy it anyways because it’s what we use to print. Was out at local staples, but HP sent it on order and arrived as purchased and on time.

Low number of pages
This cartridge is supposed to print 1,000 pages. I'm getting 430. Virtually no graphics being printed and seldom full pages of text.

Knowing When to Replace
Synchronizing the software to the hardware would be helpful. The printer sends a toner low message prematurely which can be a bit of an annoyance.. The good news, the cartridge prints more pages.

Thanks for sending the 2 HP Black Toner cartridges. They arrived very promptly but I have not yet installed one in my HP LaserJet printer that I bought in December because there is still some toner in the cartridge that came with the printer. Love my little wireless hp printer, and I print at home on the daily. Recipes , correspondence, stuff I want a hard copy for. I LOVE the convenience of ordering from the app. No errors in product, and as I live in a very rural location, no travelling to get to a supplier. Toner is delivered via Canada Post which I also love.
