Great Cartridges
Love buying them on-line as there is no store in town that carries them on a regular basis. Instead of sending them my Purolator. It is a half hour drive to the nearest Purolator office. Could you please send them by Canada Post, so they end up in my mailbox. No signature should be required.

Great Product but Slow Delivery
The product is simply ink so you can pick it up anywhere. However, I like ordering on-line because you don't have to go across town to get it and it comes in a couple of days. But, not this time. I ordered on a Sunday and expected it Tuesday or Wednesday. Well, on Thursday I got a card in the mail to go to my post office to get it which I did on Friday. So, I had to wait and I had to go out to the post office. Hmmmm . . .
Oops, I just read that I can't write a review of shipping issues so please forward to Customer Service. I just went there and to wade through all that info is way too much trouble for me right now. I have no review because I just bought ink.
