Please check the quality you are in stock.
Please check the quality of the ribbon. I found that since the last year end.even I just replaced a new ribbon and the message stated that the colour was low. My ordered ribbon was 62XL which should be good for printing 600 papers but it was not. Look like the ribbon was dry out.

I couldn't find the HP 62XL black ink cartridge i needed in any of the stores i had tried...some had colour but no black. Time was going on and i had things i needed to complete, i was even contemplating buying a new printer. Luckily i found HP online and ordered directly from Hewlett Packard. My package arrived a few days later....i will definitely order direct next time. Very happy with the service!!!

Delivery was supposed to take 5 working days... It took over two weeks for the cartridges to be delivered! Evidently, HP delivery is extremely unreliable. CONCLUSION: AVOID BUYING CARTRIDGES FROM THE HP STORE AT ALL COST!

Ordering Issue from HP Canada Store
The product is not the issue...I ordered ink on 08DEC2020 from HP Canada however to date I’m still here with no ink and out $118 due to a shipping issue. So far the response from HP has been to repurchase the ink while they investigate what happened with the original package
