Three units all failed in less than a week
I purchased one unit which failed in less than a week. HP took 3 weeks to send me another one. In the meantime, I purchased another one to keep my business going. It was DOA. The replacement HP sent me stopped working in less than 1 week. All three units failed within a week.
Of note, the features are great. But that doesn't matter if the product doesn't work.

This printer is serving our needs
We got this printer because of the duplexing capability and the larger capacity paper tray. It is serving our needs well, prints good quality and so far has not had any issues.
