Great home office printer
Apart from a lot of difficulty getting it connected to wifi, this a great little workhorse for my home office. Perfect for my modest needs--I don't need the highest speed and I don't need colour. Love the size, too. I've only had it about 6 weeks, and am very happy with it so far.

Fine for what I needed
I was looking for something to print black and white pages for work. This did the trick. However, after having it for about a month, it stopped working. I thought it might need a new driver, so I went to the HP site and downloaded a new driver and there was a firmware update. The firmware update messed up the printer (started referring to it as a different model instead of the model I bought and the computer wouldn't connect with it) and HP is replacing it. Waiting to see if what they send me will work.

Nice little printer, but a bit slow and the paper keeps getting stuck in the cartridge. Also want to point out that this printer needs two different cartridges, which I didn't know when I bought it

Excellent Product
I bought this product a month ago. It is quick, user-friendly and small enough to be used at home. I am satisfied with this and hopefully it will be working as good as now at least for 5 years. One more thing is that I have already had another HP printer. That was the main reason that I bough a new one. That one is still working but I couldn't bring it to Canada as it was an older version I was using it once I was in Iran.It was much heavier than this (HP Laser JET 1320). That one I guess I have had it since 2004 and it is still working as good as the first day. Hope this one will work the same or better ;-)

Great Little Printer
Great little B&W printer. It provides a quick, sharp image from multiple devices via wireless connection. Very compact. Had a similar HP product many many years ago. It was great then as it is now. I grew weary of constantly fighting with cartridge replacements and the high cost of colour ink jet printers. In today’s technical environment there is much less need for hard copy and when there is, this works great.

Do not trust the wireless printing...
I bought this model last month and I tried every instructions to setup the wireless printing, I tried different computers and locations and the wireless connection is not trustable and keep disconnecting and super slow.

Noisy printer, for light use only
Very noisy printer, already leaves traces and yet I am still on the original toner. Less than 2 weeks of use. I only recommend it for people who don't print very often.

Was not delivred!
I bought the printer on 2020-12-03, i started tracking my order... One week later, it had the status "Delivery in progress"... SUDDENLY, it goes back to the first point.
I talked to the client service and GUESS WHAT WAS THE EXCUSE?
I ordered at the same time as another client!! SERIOUSLY?
Once, we are on the payment page, Your service doesn't check in the database?
WELL, i WILL NOT buy online anymore in this WEBSITE.
