It does malfunction a lot. I will click headset to pick up phone and start to dial a number and it will hang up. This will happen 2 or 3 times in a row. I will pick it up to answer the phone and it will just hang back up on the customer.

Rated 5 out of 5 bySteve from nullOverall, the Jabra Pro 9300 is an excellent headset. The audio quality is top notch and the long battery allows you to go at least an entire day on a single charge. The ability to answer a call by simply taking it off the base stand is really nice. The one area of improvement would be to power the base stand via USB instead of a dedicated power supply - this would make it easier to bring the stand and headset with you when you need to travel to another location.

However, the lifter arm never worked correctly (after ending the call, the lifter arm would lie down, but never replace the handset on the button. And now after being in use for less than six months, the lifter arm has malfunctioned completely to the point that I ripped it off and just pick up the receiver all by myself now. That method works great!
