An easy way to clean up your desktop / tame wires
Well made and built to hold up. They made it to fit onto Lenovo monitors which is slick, wish there was a way to do a universal one maybe with the VRSA mount too.

Don't Waste Your Money
The screws have to be screwed into the surface perfectly, and once you screw them in there's no clicking or locking onto them, and any pressure away from this causes the *plastic* screw plate to snap and the whole mount becomes useless. It didn't last a day and I threw it out. If you plan to use the screws to vertically mount your dock (as opposed to on the monitor stand), I'd recommend buying something generic or making something yourself if you have that ability.

OK but Bulky
It’s fine what I’m using it for which is an underdesk mount.
However, I feel that this thing detracts from the simplicicity of the Thunderbolt docking station and it shouldn’t really be necessary. The mounting points should just be on the dock itself and shouldn’t require this bulky spring loaded mount.
It could just have been a simple plate with the mounting holes designed into the dock.

Size
The M90N-1 does not fit in it. Nothing on the website said it was for specific computers. Very frustrating.

Must have accessory for your docking station!
Great accesory for mounting your docking station to your monitor or under your desk, the only downside, it's a little big expensive! Mine fit perfectly under a wooden raiser for my laptop! Love it!

A mount with wide application
I bought this mount for my Lenovo Hybrid USB-C with USB-A Dock (40AF), despite the online information being entirely clear about whether it would work or not. It works great! The installation instructions could be "tuned" a bit to better reflect my dock's requirements and presumably others, too. The mount contained all necessary parts and was easy to install on the bottom of my wood desk.

Great build quality, but has a HUGE design flaw
The build quality for this kit is good and sturdy. It's designed to hold your dock without scratching it, which is nice. However, it has a serious design flaw if you're using this with the Lenovo Thunderbolt 3 dock. There only two ways to attach the kit to the dock. If you do it the way that is recommended, the clamp will cover most of the dock's power button, so it will be difficult/awkward to turn on your pc. If you clamp it the other way around, the power button is easy to access, BUT the security card slot is completely blocked. Fortunately, this doesn't effect me since I don't need the security slot. However, if you do and you're using this dock, you may want to think hard about this purchase.

Great mounting bracket.
Simple and easy to mount. Really made my docking station easier to manage on my desk space. I ended up mounting my dock under my desk and this worked really well for me.
