Very useful to have a spare charger! We use the laptop with it in several locations and didn't want to carry a charger everywhere necessarily.

Extra Power Supply...

Fast Charger, Overheats, too big
This charger is great when it comes to fast charging. If you have a compatible laptop this thing can charge it up within an hour or less if you apply the setting. However, the issues arrive when gaming. This charger gets extremely hot when gaming even with the fast mode off. The charger and the slim tip get so hot to the point where it is not touchable. Another issue with this charger is portability, due to the sheer size of the brick like portion it is incredibly difficult to transport this charger anywhere. Other than these two issues it's a great charger nonetheless.

Worst Charger and customer service
I had two chargers went bad on me. The first one came with the laptop(Legion Y545) went bad as soon as the warranty of the laptop was up. The second one I got from Walmart went bad after 4months of usage, return policy is 3months on Walmart. Lenovo does not cover Manufacturer's warranty or their customer support team is incompetent to process RMA.
It starts by heating up and then by charging only when it is plugged in a certain angle and then stops charging all together.
The worst of it all is that there is absolutely no way to claim manufacturer's warranty unless it is bought from Lenovo. I have very few complaints on Legion Y545 but buying a new charger for the laptop for every 3-4months makes the laptop useless.

Great Adapter, Expensive Pricing
Needed a second power adapter so im not dependent upon one AC adapter.
Powers my Thinkpad T15g just fine, Its big and awkward and runs warm while under heavy use, has nice long cables so im not seraching for an extension cord. I do however think its right up at Apple pricing for an AC adapter.

This thing is absurd
Read the dimensions before buying. This thing is almost twice the size of the charger that came with my P51. Absolute waste of money.

Works well with my setup!
I wanted to have an extra charger so that I wouldn't have to repeatedly uncoil then repack my one power cable when I would travel between home and school. So I bought this charger to keep at the house at my desk and the original charger is the one that I keep packed for when I use my laptop elsewhere. It works great and I haven't had any issues with it at all!

Does exactly what it should. Its massive, but it powers a massive laptop, so I guess that makes sense. Well constructed, and exactly what you expect.

Don't bother.
Somehow, this manages to be worse than the one that's included with the original computer. It's bulkier, and heats up the computer more, and doesn't seem to have any advantages over what came originally with the box.

Wanted a backup power cable just in case
I was concerned that my power cable might fail so I ordered a second one. When I am on Zoom I see flashing horizontal lines on my image that go away if I unplug the cord and run on battery alone. I hoped the new power cable would eliminate this. It didn't. But at least I have a second should one fail. Took weeks to arrive, so I'm glad I have a second cable on hand.
