Over the month that I've had it I've had no issues. The monitor is best for gaming for most mid/upper-tier machines as the resolution bump from standard monitors is not as substantial, thus most AAA games should still run smoothly on high to highest settings. This does pretty well for light productivity, as the color accuracy is quite good and the extra screen real estate is quite useful. That being said, if the goal is primarily productivity, I would suggest a higher resolution panel as while I myself didn't have issues reading text, it would definitely be more crispy with a higher resolution panel. In terms of movie watching, you may end up with a letter-box effect, but that is due to the nature of support for ultrawides (or lack thereof) as a whole and not just specifically this panel itself.

This is especially great if you have migraines. You will love this monitor if you work on spreadsheets as well it is definitely worth the purchase.

The OnScreen Control program is useful to manage the large screen. I did need to purchase a better graphic adapter in order for this monitor to work properly at its highest resolution of 2560x1080 though.
