Flawed Software
The camera quality is great, but supporting software issues are very concerning. I was on phone with techs and the only software creating a logicapture setting that recognizes both my cameras won’t zoom in at all, and the software that does zoom in is being discontinued. Then there is a third software that only recognizes one out of two cameras, and it won’t zoom either! I am still waiting for a followup call and will be glad to improve this review when solved. As an online piano instructor I need full control over my webcams.

A really good camera for the price. And better than my laptop's built-in. Easy instructions and set-up. With microphones flanking both sides of the camera I get crystal clear recordings. Because I use a dual monitor setup, I attached by Logitech HD Pro Webcam C920S to a flexible gooseneck stand which allows me to elevate slightly higher than my screens while maintaining center focus regardless the screen holding my gaze.

My Zoom meeting buddies noticed a difference in the quality of my video in a meeting. My only criticism is that I wish it had a better clamping system for hanging on a screen. It wobbles and sometimes shows the floor or ceiling because there is no way to secure it. Scotch tape?

The C920S looks to be the same as the C920. Even on the box it comes in, with the exception of the "Privacy Shutter", which is in the box, and can in fact be attached to the standard unit. If you have reservations about how the shutter makes the unit look, just don't put it on. Ether way, it was still 10 bucks cheaper to get it with the shutter than with out.
I have not gone though accurate testing with the unit, but they have done pretty well in meetings.

I purchased this to improve my video conference meetings and it's been a very pleasant upgrade from the built in camera on my work machine. It handles low light really well, though for me the issue is that my desk at home is next to a window, which means I get rather washed out on one side of my face. However, I've purchased an inexpensive ring light to counteract and that's been working out well for me.

I would not recommend this unit
I had lots of problems with this camera. First of all it was difficult to find drivers for it that allowed me to change color, intensity, white balance, etc. When I did find them I was not able to create a good image. I worked for about an hour playing with the values and could never get a satisfactory image.

Good camera, poor support.
Camera is high quality, and stereo microphones work well. Software support is lame. No instructions came with the camera. I searched the internet for setup instructions, and found many comments critical of Logitech's support for this camera. I did find notes from users who had used LGS (Logitech Gaming Software) and Logitech G Hub to set up the camera. I found LGS to be completely useless, but eventually I was able to set up the camera using G Hub. Another app that is needed to see how the camera works is Logitech Capture. It works well and can record video and audio in high quality. Again very little support from Logitech. In my opinion Logitech deserves all the criticism it gets for poor support of this product. You will find plenty of criticism on the internet.

I got the camera over the Christmas holiday and had a chance this week to use it. Easy and easy plug and play. Only thing I had issues with was when I got on my first meeting it took a few mins to change the voice from my laptop to the camera. Since then though works great.

Webcam is clear for all zoom/teams calls. Privacy screen is great and setup for the webcam was as easy as just plugging it in.

Pretty good webcam, but no horizontal swivel
Pretty good webcam at a decent price. However, I wish the camera had the ability to swivel in the horizontal plane, at least a little bit, but it does not. Consequently, I'm buying a camera stand that has such ability.

Logictech Web-Cam- Ehhhh
I purchased this after reading so many good reviews about the picture quality, sound and ease of use. After 8 months waiting to get this I was happy it finally arrived. The set up was super easy but the picture is very mediocre. Doesn't seem HD at all. Not sure I would recommend this. It is ok but it nowhere lives up to the recommendations.

Controlling brightness, zoom, pan is done with logicapture. It is a clunky app and while it is running the camera shows that it is on.
This would be so much better if these controls were embedded in the driver.
In terms of performance the camera is excellent.

Nice picture and sound, inadequate controls.
Great picture and sound in default mode. BUT, no ability to pan, zoom etc your view to use in Zoom or other online meeting app. No camera control software or app supplied, offered or linked by Logitech for the buyer. Very frustrating when old Logitech cameras came with nice control apps that could operate in real time during online video sessions.

Webcam and microphone works great!
I like that it has a light that lets you know that it is on.Ours came with a door to block the camera when I need that. I just plugged it into my PC and I was immediately able to make a Skype call with clear video and sound.

This webcam is versatile and provides excellent audio and video in online meetings. The base unit sits nicely on top of a monitor and stays put. It can also be mounted on a tripod or stand, if required. The privacy shutter is a great plus too!

Very excellent camera / microphone
The built-in microphone is crisp and clear to others on the virtual meetings I have, the camera is really HD and give a very nice wide angle picture of myself and office when mounted on top of my monitor. I'm ver pleased with this purchase, I just wish I could get another one for my wife's home office!!

This is a good camera and works as described. I really like that the camera has a cover that flips up when you need to use it. When you are finished you flip the cover back down so you don't feel like someone can stalk you :) It is also very easy to use.

Excellent web cam. Waited for 6 months and it was worth waiting for. Much better than the built in camera on my laptop. Easy to mount it on the laptop screen. It has a convenient privacy shutter so you can cover the lens when not in use. It has several controls that are easy to use. A little confusing because there are two apps - Logitech Capture and Logitech Camera Controls - not sure why. The picture you get is also superior to its predecessor - the 525. Price was reasonable - around $70 - excellent value.

If you are a streamer looking for an upgrade get this cam It has been the best webcam upgrade I could have ever done. 100% recommended :)
It makes crisp clean videos It catches lighting perfect and has a very good image quality as well as nice auto focusing It has excellent quality and i like the wide view it gives. It's very easy to setup, works with any program that can use a webcam as a device. Another bonus is that it's tripod mountable using a standard tripod screw. The little lip on the back is also nice for mounting it on a TV or really any scenario where it would be off balance. This is the best webcam that I have ever owned. I am very pleased and I would definitely recommend it.

So my son is a DJ and he loved this product as an accessory for his Gigs. Because this is HD, he can happily record his gigs and stream them at anytime. He just loves it and has not given any complaint. My computer nerd.

I had really needed this and it works so amazingly. The picture is so clear,and crispy!! I use this to talk to my family out of state.It does not skip, and stays pretty level.....i have recommended this to so many people and they are looking to buy one. This is the best camera I have ever used.

This webcam pairs great with my computer, it was a simple easy installation. The picture quality is great for filming videos. Although, there are some disadvantages. The built in microphone was not as good of quality as expected, and at times you can notice it going out of focus leaving a blur. All in all it is a great camera and serves the purpose!

The Logitech Hd Pro Webcam is a great little device geared to work on Windows OS. It has many features such as the ability to format your videos for watching on cellphones and recording from more than one source.
It's small sleek design takes up little real estate on your laptop, computer screen, etc. Very little effort required to set up the webcam. Follow website instruction and viola, you're up and running.
I would recommend this little gem to anyone who is into webcamming, youtubig, video chatting, etc.

The webcam works perfectly at the 1080 and 30 frames without any lag like so many others. Images and videos are clear too. The privacy shutter is a nice added feature as wel, especially with younger kids using the computer at times.
Overall I highly recommend this camera, especially for webcasting or using Skipe.

Good visuals, flawed audio.
Visuals are very high quality. The auto-focus can really get in the way at times, and currently there's no free way to disable it on Mac. But other than that, the visuals are good.
The audio quality isn't good though. I will have to get a separate microphone if I want to have an acceptable level of audio quality.

I got this a couple weeks ago and I love it. I use it to skype my family members across the county. It is a clear and clean picture. It also picks up on sound really well. I also stream online a little too and it's perfect for that too.
