Recent Reliablity very poor
We have purchased 4-6 of the ML420 and ML490 recently and everyone of them have failed. Older versions of these printers have been greate work horses for us, so I don't know what has happened.

More mainboard failures!
OKI used to be a great company. We have used their printers for years! However, the latest batch of printers are plagued with mainboard problems. Even the OKI rep at their support number said there is a bad batch out there. We are on our 4th RMA and about to be the 5th.
Do not purchase this printer model (cant speak for the others) until OKI resolves this problem.

OKI 420s are having main board problems per OKI
We have bought several of these printers and until recently they performed ok. But the last batch has had several problems and after contacting OKI they said the units have bad main boards and at this time they do not have a fix
