I was extremely careful applying the protector, and followed the directions exactly and still got bubbles and spots underneath. I spent 10 min trying to squeeze them out and there are still marks. For $50 freaking dollars for a little piece of plastic I expect it to work. I have applied other screen protectors with no issues.

Not sure why anyone would leave negative feedback for this alpha flex screen saver. I honestly like these better than Whitestone dome tempered glass screen protectors

This is my second one in 2 years, only because I can't seem to get it on without some bubbles, so eventually dirt and pollutants get underneath. I am very hard on phones and drop them frequently so I require superior protection. I am an otterbox fan.

But is not worthy.

I was impressed at first with the box contents and the installation clip to hold your phone and line up the protector. However, the screen protector would not come off of the top film layer when applying. The one we bought for my husband's phone is going back. Waste of money!

Just take your $49.99 plus tax plus shipping & set it on fire. Now, Otterbox customer service was great & sent a replacement but seriously JUST STAY AWAY, the replacement was just a LITTLE bit better. I have already ordered a cheap screen protector on Amazon because this one will probably not made it a month

I have multiple Otterbox cases all very good. This screen cover does not work as advertised and I could have gotten a subpar cover anywhere else for a lot less money. Will need to try a different option for my Galaxy S10 +.

As a long time customer very disappointed with this. Contacted customer support and they just wanted send me another one which would be the same as the first one. Rated 5 out of 5 by from SUCKS!! This was my second purchase of this item. So I know how to install it. The first one I purchased only had trouble stinking around the top edge. So I made the mistake of purchasing another one. With this attempted install I get multiple bubbles thru out the screen that are impossible to rub out. Such a waste of time and MONEY. So I thought I'd check out your "Awesome warranty". I can't believe you wanted me to pay for that too. The cost of the warranty is more than what the product is worth.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Meh Bubbles under the surface that I can't get out. The more I try the worse it gets. Seems like a waste for the price. Also the finger scanner does not work nearly as well now, even with the sensitivity turned up. Even after setting it up after the protector is on.

However I am disappointed in the screen I bought to go with the case I bought for my new Samsung S10+. I had the screen fitted for me by a local phone shop because I have had difficulty trying to get a perfect fit in the past. Initially I had no problems, but then the corners (particularly the bottom ones started to lift off, and won't go down again. It seems the case and the screen aren't correctly matched, especially at the curved edges of the screen. The screen only started to lift when the case was fitted. Fortunately it doesn't appear to affect the working of the phone, but it has been a disappointment. I will probably consider an alternative case next time I purchase one

I own your case for my s10+ and I like it, but your screen protector is a failure. It claims that it works with fingerprint technology when in fact it doesnt. I takes at least 3-4 tries before it finally unlocks my phone. I did not have that issue with my previous protector. I am out $50 and have to look for another screen protector. Very disappointed.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Difficult to get bubbles out I ordered the alphaflex about 3 weeks ago it finally arrived yesterday. I installed it per the instructions step by step and it's very difficult to get the bubbles out from under the protector and it does not seal well along the edges.

I followed the OLD video too a T...they havent came out with one for the s10+ on how to apply the screen protector, but hey it shouldn't be different right? Well apparently me following exactly what the guy does in the video is wrong. Theres bubbles along the entire edge and at the bottom that wont smooth out even when using the fabric peice to push them out. For the case itself, it lifts up the screen protector so now my front camera is at risk of being more exposed than it should be. I am super ocd so I made sure it was fitted properly and followed the instruction on how to slide it. But this is the end result. And it looks like trash. I asked for a replacement, (for a $7 S,&H fee btw) and now have to wait another 3 weeks for me to try again.

Also bought the flex shield to cover the glass. A friend purchased the flex shield, it cracked but not the phone's glass! Best investment to protect your phone.

It doesn't I've tried everything and all I get is, Press harder, Cover the whole sensor, Fingerprint not recognised! So now i have to use pin code and i hate it.

The quality of the material felt good but you had to press hard for the finger print to read. I wouldn't purchase another.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Not a good option, when paired w/any otterbox def I bought the alpha flex, at the suggested paring, of Otterbox, when purchasing the defender case for my new S10+. After several attempts to install the case, after installing the alpha flex, I saw no other option but to discard the screen protector. Every attempt to install the defender case, resulted in the alpha flex "rolling up" at the bottom. $45 down the drain. I have used otterbox, exclusively, for more than a decade, this is the first time I have had any problems. No problems with the case itself, just a problem with pairing the alpha flex and the defender series case. Rather unfortunate really. As I was hoping for the added, and extra security, of of a high quality screen protector. Very disappointed.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Protection is as advertised I bought Alphaflex screen protector at the same time as Pursuit S10 Black/clear case. Used together my S10+ definitely feels safe. Screen protector is about 95% stuck to phone with lack of adhesion around front camera. I think I am as good as anyone to install it using the handy wipes and tools supplied. Cannot get fingerprint recognition to work through alphaglass which is quite inconvenient. Case is ok. Good grip. Buttons are very stiff but that should get better over time. If protection is job one then I would recommend but I think that there must be a better choice out there for functional and aesthetic satisfaction.

However, the fingerprint sensor doesn't work even though its claimed that it does. I've now seen numerous other reviews stating this as well so I don't think this claim stands up. The sensor worked fine before this was applied. Protection is good and no issues at all with the touch screen.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Screen Protector! I bought the alpha flex screen protector for my Samsung Galaxy s10+ and it was a great investment. Its super easy to install perfectly with their method of ligning it up with your phone, and the fact that it fits with their persuit series case and doesn't effect the fingerprint sensor in the screen of my phone are also great features. The screen protector is surprisingly thick feeling but you don't notice it at all once its installed on to the phone, and because its not glass it won't shatter but will still protect your screen very well. All in all this is a great product

I followed the exact instructions for installation and to this date there are still streaks and bubbles. I was unable to register my fingerprint after numerous tries. Positives: the protector is smooth to easily operate apps and the protection seems very solid. Just those two gripes make it unable to use...this doesn't deter me from purchasing from Otterbox.

It still bubbles along the side and bottom and top of my phone where the case comes close to it. I will be looking for something else. It is a great screen protector just not for me, I don't want the bubble effect along the sides and bottom of my phone, and unfortunately this one does. I love otterbox products 100% they are the only cases me and my husband use, this is the first screen protector I purchased though and I am not entirely happy with it. I have tried it out for 2 weeks and I just can't get over the bubble effect. Great on the actual screen part no bubbles there at all. Just lifts up near where the case is.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Worst purchase ever Application was not as easy as I thought it would be. After following directions precisely, there were still air bubbles everywhere! It took me over two hours to squeegee the excess bubbles out. After I removed all the air bubbles, I put on my new otterbox case. Apparently the two are not compatible with each other because as soon as I locked the outer case in place, it caused the screen protector to bubble AGAIN after the hours of work I put into removing them. These bubbles do not smooth out with the case on. They are permanently at the edge of my screen now. Not just little bubbles, they're about a half inch in size! It seems the case pushes on the screen protector and does not allow it to sit flat. I probably wouldn't mind so much if these two items weren't so expensive. But I paid a lot of money for a good case and a good screen protector. I could not be more disappointed with the quality. Do not buy!!

A bit inconvenient but my screen being protected was the priority. Wrong! Only sticky round the edges (barely & wouldn't register half of my keyboard unless I tap very hard on the letters etc. So annoying & annoyed ... don't waste your money!!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Better than not having a screen protector Bought this shortly after it was available and immediately found that I didn't like it as much as the non-flex screen protectors like those available for the Galaxy S9. Doesn't stick as well as most other protectors I've used and it's application process is less precise so it maybe more difficult for average users. OtterBox does make quality products and as of this post I've never had a major issue with any of their stuff and if you need a Screen Protector for your Galaxy S10 or S10+ then this is a good choice just be careful applying it.

On my previous phone I had only the Otter case but could not get the any other screen protector to stick to the glass properly and finally gave up and went without. Needless to say the glass eventually broke and I needed to get a new phone. This protector does not seem to be any better at working with the case than any of the other products I have tried in the past. I followed the instructions exactly but it will still not adhere to the edges or corners, and I have to keep pressing it down. At some point it will get to the point where it does not stay on at all. Very disappointed.
