S10e screen protector.
Does not work well with otterbox defender case without the screen. I bought the S10e case and screen protector together from otter box website since it said they were compatible. I followed all included instructions. As soon as i put the case on, bubbling around the edges started happening very badly to where it was pointless to have the protector. I had to pull the protector off and retry since the included guide didnt get it even close to dead center. I tried my best to center it perfectly manually bit still failed. Really disappointed in this product. If the protector were slightly smaller or a better alignment guide was included, it would be ok, but even then not sure how well it would actually work. Even now, if i put any pressure whatsoever on the sides, it bubbles in that area. Not worth the price. I really like otterbox products but sadly disappointed in this one.

Wrong product and customer support unavailable
The screen protector I purchased for my phone was labeled as Screen Protector for Galaxy S10e (which is the phone I have but it was about half inch taller than the phone so it was unusable. When I tried to contact customer service to replace or return the product, both online and phone support were unavailable.

Screen Protectors CANNOT BE INSTALLED!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Took the two protector we bought and our phones to our local Verizon store to have them them installed. They had issues that we thought, at the time, were related to the associates skill set (protector rendered useless... Nope!! When we came, followed the instructions and tried to install the one for my phone and it STUCK TO THE COVER, crinkled and was...wait for it...rendered USELESS!! I cannot reach anyone here, so sent an informative message and wait... So far, a waste of $75 and our time...! :-(

Okay. Would not recommend for the money.
Not a horrible product. It does when it's supposed to do with screen protecting. Its userfriendliness is not the greatest. When trying to move my figure across the screen it provides resistance. Also when applying it to my phone screen it was difficult to remove the air bubbles at the edges due to the texture of the screen protector. Trying to get rid of the bubbles ended up making them worse. Would not recommend for the money.

I was very skeptical on whether to buy this or not based on the reviews. However if you watch an official How-to video on YouTube for Alpha Screens & Samsung devices, it will work as intended. Did not have any issues. Only thing is the hole on the screen protector kind of off and not completely lined up with the actual punchhole camera... it's barely noticeable though.

Disastrous mess
What a waste of my $. Installation instructions and the reality were quite different. By the time I understood how the film separated from the backing, it had bunched up and stuck onto itself. Not worth the trouble, and CERTAINLY not the cost.

Does not work with case
Bought this with a Otterbox case for samsung s10e. Once installed case hits protector at bottom and causes the protector to come off of phone. Had to trim protector to make it somewhat work. Needs to be different (shorted at bottomfor Otterbox case.

Less Responsive Screen
I have had this screen protector on my phone for about 2 weeks now and I am just about ready to pull it off. I thought I would give a decent try out first. Sometimes the screen responds and others I have to give up. When I have finished talking to someone the screen stays blank like when it is against your ear and can take a while to respond again.

Great screen protector
I have purchased similar products in the past, from other companies, but this is the easiest to install. The fail proof kit allows you to install the protector flawlessly the first time.

Doesn't work with defender
I love my otterbox defender but there was no screen protector with it. I purchased one at the store that lifted and did not work. I then went to purchase the exact one for this phone. Very good quality. I was impressed with the fail safe application instructions and tools. In the end my screen still lifts when I put the defender case on sigh.

Expensive upgrade, disappointing product
Bought the screen protector for a new phone. Followed the instructions for cleaning (wipe, lint remover, application card/squeegee) to the letter. Let it sit on the counter for 10 min and put on the Otterbox cover. Within two hours the flex screen was peeling in the bottom corners. After a few weeks it's pretty much peeling all the way around. Very disappointing product especially for the money

The price may be a little high but the quality, fitment, and durability are all on point. If i ever have to get another screen protector im going for the Alpha Flex.

Something is wrong.
I have recently ordered a defender series case and alpha flex glass for a Samsung S10E. Upon putting the flex glass on to the screen in which I followed the video to a tee(even tho I have done this several times for others and my own Apple deviceswhen I put the case on ultimately it begins to bubble up at the bottom of the phone screen and slowly works its bubbling way up.I took the case off and smoothed over the flex glass again.Gave it the 24 Hrs as recommend by the video and still the same problem.this was multiple attempts both ways.It stays Smooth a no bubbling issue without the case.Once the case gets put on its a problem.What should I do? Return, get a new one and try again or should I just get money back? Please advise. Thank you so much and you and your family stay safe.

Expensive, have tried 3 times and doesnt work
I have tried 3 separate times to put one on. New one everytime. For being so expensive it should work with the case. It does not. It bubbles like crazy only after a couple weeks of using it.

Expensive waste of time
I had bought the defender for my new s10e, like I have done for my last 4 phones. I was surprised that it did not come with a screen protector. So i did a search online and found your site and found you offer two styles of screen protectors glass (glass on glass)? And the alpha flex. Which is the one I had decided on. I had done some more research on it and had found a few review complaints about it, that it didn't fully cover the screen on the edges. I then contacted your support team and had asked if in fact that the screen protector edges were under the defender case edges and secured. The response I got back from your support was " the alpha flex screen fits all our cases" I am guessing that is the generic response. After receiving the protector, I spent a day looking at it and reading the instructions before the install.
And yes it does not fit the full screen or fit under the edge of the defender case.
I spend ever other day chasing blisters around the edges. And yes I had installed it properly.
At one time I trusted otterbox to protect my phones without hesitation, and recommended them to everyone. Now I guess they make a good water bottle.

Should have stuck with the factory issued
So I bought this incredibly expensive screen protector. Follow the instructions exactly and the protector is probably just the tiniest fraction of a millimeter not quite right so whenever I try to drag things down from the top of my screen my finger kind of scrapes against the edge. Additionally I feel like I have the really jam my finger against the screen repeatedly to get a response. I will admit I have very cold fingers, but I didn't even anticipate this being an issue.

I bought this screen protector for $50 through the Otterbox website. I was very disappointed. I applied the thin flexible plastic cover exactly as directed, and here's what I got:
1) Small bubbles keep forming near the edges of the screen constantly, even though I keep rubbing them with a flat edge.
2) Says the screen protector will be fingerprint resistant. HA! I have to wipe the screen off every 5 minutes. This thing is a fingerprint and dust magnet!
3) For $50 from Otterbox, I expected a high quality product. Not so. Protects from scratches so far, but that is it.
Not as advertised. Don't waste your money!!
