Better sound quality!
I previously had the Lifeproof Fre case that protected my phone well but the sound quality had deteriorated. The sound quality with this case is much better. I received the wrong case on my initial order but after I sent an email alerting them to that fact, they expedited my correct order to me. They were great about correcting the issue!

Cleaning products didn’t work
Followed instructions and still had a small piece of something under the screen, disappointing. Replaced with a competitors product at about a third the price and came with two screen protectors. Would not recommend or buy again. Pricey.

Easy to use!
I purchased this Alpha glass to go with a case I was purchasing. I got a glass from Otterbox for my last phone and was very happy with it! So I had to get another one for my new phone. It is super easy to install on your phone, if you ever had trouble or that feeling of panic as you are about to line up and stick your glass on, well this takes that panic out of it. You follow the instructions and everything gets lined up and easy stuck in place! My advice is read the instructions, sometimes we are in a hurry to do things, but this is a good time to take an extra minute! I have not had it one for a long time, but the touch screen works great and there are no bubbles. It is Awesome!

Poor Quality
I replaced the cheap amazon glass on my phone with this one since I was ordering a new case. I don't like to support amazon and I assumed this would be a superior product. It was far inferior and scratches very easy. The old screen cover lasted for 2 years with no major issues or scratches (phone gets light use until my kid dropped it and it had a small crack. I have had this Otterbox Alpha glass for a month and it started showing large scratches right away. It now also has a crack but no sign of hitting anything. Customer service was not helpful.

Does not cover the screen
I have always used alpha glasses on my phone and have had excellent results keeping my screen safe. I just purchased a new iPhone SE 3rd gen, and the screen is too small. My previous phone was an iPhone 5S, and the alpha glass went all the way to the edges. This one has gaps on either wide of the screen even while in the case and a notable gap on top above the sound hole. I have included two pictures with my phone in the case that demonstrates the gaps between the screen protector and the case. I am so worried the gaps will allow cracks in the screen. I live on a dirt road where I regularly walk. I can see me dropping my phone and it hitting a rock at the top and it breaking the screen. I don't feel comfortable with any part of my screen going unprotected.

Glass cracked in one week
My son has an otter box and the glass protection on his phone. It slipped out of his hand and hit the floor. A crack in the glass protector went from one side to the other. I found it odd that such a short 3 foot drop onto hardwoods would cause that.

Worth the money
Not only protects against scratches, but also can hold your screen together if your drop and crack or shatter it, so the phone still works. I always buy alpha glass for every new phone I get. Saved my phone!
I have dropped my phone multiple times and my screen saver has kept my phone safe. One spill I had broke the edges of my screen saver but protected my phone from any damage and Otterbox sent me a replacement screen as soon as I filed my claim.

Plastic phone cover attached to defender was awwfu
Well here I am looking for a screen protector. I had the plastic one that came with pro defender. It was not responding well to touch. Often pressing nothing or wrong numbers. I work with the public and am concerned the touching of the plastic pad would hinder me from serving the public. I CUT OT OFF! ( there’s a few videoed online about this ). Then bought an off brand glass cover and now that’s too narrow.
The good part is: my screen responds 50 percent better! The bad part: glass screen protector is too narrow. It was 31$.
So now I have a broken otter box phone protector and a bad screen protector and I’m in about 70$.
Wow- should protecting my phone be this hard?

Great investment
I bought the otter box when purchasing my first iPhone, along with the alpha glass. The alpha glass is easy to install and clean, and the box works as described, I am a clumsy person and drop my phone a lot, so far so good!

Product OK. Abysmal installation guide
Products seem OK. Appallingly poor design of installation instructions for Alpha Glass Screen Protector. It must be installed in a particular way so that it sticks properly in the right position. But the instructions consist of a tiny scrap of paper the size of a gift tag on which are crammed 11 steps in two languages with diagrams for each step. The font is barely 1mm high. The diagrams, which would be useful if visible, are printed in pale grey, with presumably important directional arrows shown in pale yellow. Yellow! on white paper! Impossible to read. And I have good eyesight. What are they thinking? Otterbox should make the instructions as readable as possible for a range of visual abilities. Also, the reference to the online user manual should be shown on the first page, not hidden at the end.

Third Otter box and first glass I’ve bought. Dropped phone several times now and no worries. Only issue is with glass, sometimes I don’t press the screes hard enough and the phone doesn’t pick it up. But after a few weeks I’ve figured it out.

Glad I got this!
I bought a new iPhone SE last month and purchased a clear Otterbox from my phone service provider, but Alpha Glass wasn’t included this time (it was when I bought my iPhone 6. Glad I found it on your site and bought it. Easy to install by being patient and following instructions. Only issue is Winter Fingers, have to press a bit harder now due to chapped fingers

Very Disappointing Purchase
I've been purchasing Otter protectors for my I Phones for years, but no more after my last purchase. The current Otter for my I Phone is cheep and the Alpha Glass Screen is a joke. Save your money and purchase a protector from someone else.

Leaves large bubbles on corners
Don’t buy this product. After about an hour bubbles started to form near the edges of the screen, and they won’t work out. Definitely a waste of money.

Broken glass and poor customer service
I received my Alpha Glass in the mail and it was shattered. (Ironic, I know After multiple attempts to contact customer service via chat and phone call, I was denied any options for a refund or replacement. I've purchased many otterbox products over the years but given the poor customer service, I'll have to find another company to purchase products from.

already cracked and replaced with another brand
My daughter is tough on phones, to be fair. We love the otterbox case we got to protect her new iphone and bought this glass screen protector at the same time. The screen protector was very easy to install with no bubbles. On day three, she was sitting on a plastic chair, didn't notice the metal fastener on the seat (you know, one of those regular plastic schoolroom chairs that has the flat metal brads that hold the seat to the legs?. Anyway, she tucked the phone under her leg so she wouldn't drop it, and the screen protector cracked (from the weight of her leg). It looked like it had been shot with a BB gun, totally spider webbed. So I'm not sure whether this screen protector did it's job (because the phone screen itself was fine) but I'm surprised that it shattered. We replaced it with another brand that we've used in the past and to be fair to Otterbox didn't look into whether there was a warranty or replacement available because clearly this kid is tough on phones and we didn't have time to do that before replacing. I've had Otterbox cases for years, this was the first time I tried one of their screen protectors. I'm giving it a "meh" and I think in stars that's "3"

Parts of screen were unusable
I had to take this off because parts of the touch screen were unresponsive - backspace button only worked about 15% of the time. Just money thrown away.

My previous Otterbox worked well. I expect this will also work well. Not crazy about the cover of the charging position. I expect it will break in time. Too bad the box is so unappealing and heavy - still it has worked in the past.

Horrible product
I installed this on my phone as instructed getting out all of the bubbles. When I went to use it I had to tap everything I wanted to view several times before it would open. Don’t waste your money

Screen protector does not cover the entire screen
I bought this a few weeks ago and the cover doesn’t cover the entire screen it is too small. It makes it hard to use the very edge of the touchscreen.

I’ve dropped my phone twice since placing the screen protector, and the screen protector broke on a different place each time. I dropped it from maybe 2-3 feet off the ground. It did it’s job of protecting my screen, but I drop my phone all the time and never had a screen protector break like this. It has multiple cracks all over. It was kind of pricey for me and I’m disappointed that it broke. I thought I was making a good investment, but feel I should have bought the other brand I’ve purchased in the past that was cheaper and never broke. I don’t have money to replace this one so I’ll just have to deal with it being broken.

Worst customer service EVER!
We bought this cover and screen protector. YOUR website said order failed. We tried again and YOUR website said order accepted. Then we get notice that we ordered 2 of each. We tried to cancel one. NO SUCCESS! We tried to return extra order, we could only get return authorization for the case, we shipped both 7 days ago. Still no return credit on our charge card. CAN’T talk to a person on the phone because the phone might give them COVID , we won’t purchase from you again. We won’t recommend you to any one

I bought this a month ago and it seems like great quality. The best part was the screen comes with gadgets that help align the screen protector with the phone and make sure no air bubbles are formed.

Feels sturdy but not perfect
This is a nice, thick screen protector, but it only just covers the screen and the edges have a bit of light distortion and kind of a rainbow effect that cause me a slight feeling of vertigo if I look at it. It came with a few items to clean the screen and an elaborate plastic applicator and still took a couple tries to get centered. Luckily it was able to be removed and replaced easily, but I ended up not using the applicator anyway and it seemed wasteful. I also work as a dog groomer and there are lots of hairs stuck under the edges of the glass. I’d recommend shopping around before just buying this one from brand familiarity.

Didn’t fit correctly on the phone (due to how I placed it), otherwise nothing wrong with the product. Wish there were instructions provided with the protector on how to place correctly that are easily found first.
