Couldn't be Happier
I bought this about a month ago, and I am glad I Did. Use the pop socket primarily as a stand, and I really like that when closed it is nearly flush with the back of the case. My phone will now, again, charge on the charge pad!

Not Good
I've had Otter Defenders for my last 3 phones, they were awesome, the Symmetry, not so much. I only use this phone at home as a dummy to search and play games on. This model doesn't work well at all, the pop socket is difficult to get your fingers behind and came off totally on the 3rd or fourth pull...you can only fix it with by stretching the port open with pliers and stuffing it back over the tab...the case doesn't sit squarely on the phone and is really hard to get on and off. The exterior plastic is hard and slick...seems like a knock off to me and others who have used it...

Wrong size
I had no idea that the S20's came in multiple sizes. Of course I bought the wrong one so I will be sending it back to you. Other than that, I loved the color and yes, I would recommend it to friends.

It's a pretty good case.
I got this Otterbox less than a month ago. Above the charging port, the case is very soft and shows signs of sagging already. I don't take it on and off. It stays on.

I've had my new OtterBox almost a month now and I couldn't be happier with it....the new pop out stand on back makes it easier to hold plus I drop it less and that lil stand comes in handy when im watching my music videos or YouTube and with the new upgraded stand u can pop off the top and replace it with yr choice of various different type patterns "I have flowers" soooo pretty super functional and better than eVer

GREAT CAM LENS PROTECTION BUT....
I just received the Pop Symmetry case for my Galaxy S20. I was hoping for full fledged protection for the back and front of my phone. I am very happy with the elevated level of guard against cracks or scratches to the phone camera lens, but there is minimal protection to the phone screen. I was hoping for the level of protection of the Life Proof case to the front of my phone. WHY can't Otter offer one case that serves both the front and back of the S20?? #disappointed

OK but NOT %!%@! HAPPY about USD/CAD price ripoff!
Pro: fits nice, pop-up allows phone to sit on it's side nicely
Con: your website clearly includes Otterbox Canada & you ship to Canada, purchase process NEVER indicates USD or CAD even at last step. Surprise! It's USD aka 30% over what I can buy locally. How convenient. I buy online all the time - NOBODY DOES THAT.

I purchased this phone case thinking there was some kind of a grip to hold it in my hand. The material is a smooth plastic and I have dropped my phone more times with this case in the last two weeks since purchasing this case than I have owning any phone. The only thing good about the phone is the pop socket but the only way to keep the phone in your hand it with the pop socket pulled out. It is stylish and fits the phone perfectly but the material is not worth the price. Very disappointed.

Not disappointed. I have had OtterBox products in the past with no complaints. I really enjoy this built in pop socket that I've never had before. The color and cute llama really sold it for me. My only wish is that there were more colors and pop socket designs. Otherwise, I definitely recommend this.

SAVE YOUR MONEY NOT WORTH IT!
So awhile back I had bought a used defender case with the pop socket attached for the galaxy s10. Its a big case but had good grip and was worth the $20. I took a chance on the symmetry case with the pop socket. The case is slippery and the rubber around the edge is ineffective for grip. Not worth the over inflated price. It's slim and won't add much bulk but cheap. Don't pay more than $20 for this.

Best case and color ever.
I got this case for mothers day and I love popsockests its nice that the case and popsocket are one piece. The color and the popsocket are awesome. Ive had the symmetry cases by Otterbox before for different phones and they always protect my phone.

Slim and strong
I am relatively new to "pop" ups and don't know how I lived without one before. Bought an extra (the Llama one and love these. When not in use, stays in. I had one on my previous phone but not the socket cover. Watching videos on the phone is so much easier now.Was able to use my first one on this new cover so now have 3 I can interchange as the mood strikes. Quality item, will purchase again.

It works fine
The Otterbein protective cover I bought works fine. It is however not the protective case I wanted. Buying on the website is very confusing. I did not get the screen protector that I wanted either. Oh well I will use this stuff until it breaks then start over. I love the Otter Box stuff and will always come back for more. I just need to be careful ordering.

Had one on old phone loved it...dropped phone more than once and I know only reason screen it didn't break is because of otterbox...seen friends drop their phones and screen cracks or shatters. My expectations are high but given past experience with otterbox don't think I will be disappointed.

Love durability & utility; needs ecofriendly too
I'm so glad for the best name brand, durable phone case WITH a pop-up stand. The only thing I couldn't find that I was hoping for was for it to be made out of eco-friendly/biodegradable/recycled material case. If you make one with ALL those things in one, you'll be unbeatable ;

Thought this would fit the Samsung S20FE Galaxy but it was to small. Hope at some point Otterbox will make this case for the S20FE. It is quality made and I have used the popsocket case for previously owned phone. It was a good case.

Galaxy S20 Attached Pop Socket
overall the case is good. The only problem I have is the depth of the inlay Pop Socket doesn't allow the socket to fully extend behind the phone. The phone wants to tip because the socket is set too deep inside the case.

A Very Nice New Concept
I have had this case a couple weeks. Lucky enough, I haven't had any drops to test the case yet. The design is very intuitive. The outside surface is low profile and slides in/out of pockets easy enough if you prefer to carry your phone that way. The Pop-Socket is new to me but I like it so far. It is nice to be able to pop it out for extra grip and retract it when it is time to store the phone back in a pocket, bag, or holster. The case was very easy to put on the phone and, from outward appearances, should do the job if I do drop it. It comes in a few different colors and there are different designs of Pop-Sockets but it lacks in a screen protection option. My S-20 came with a protective covering on the screen so I guess that will do for now. Considering I bought this after using the Defender for several years on several different phones, I am not disappointed. I do not like there is no holster option but I bought one from Maxpedition that will suit my purposes. I don't prefer to just stuff a phone in my back pocket and go. I like to secure my devices as I am fairly hard on my gear. I am also not found of the lack of port covering for the USB plug in...but this is not a Defender Case, apparently. Overall, I am happy with my purchase at this time. I have been using OtterBox products for several years. I expect this case to perform just as well as any other.

Ergonomic!
Im always a fan of defender series. But this time i tried the symmetry because of the popsockets. I just hope you guys will make more options for defender with popsockets for samsung devices.

When I bought the pop up it was a leap because I thought I would not like it, but the convenience of leaning the phone on the table and conducting Facebook Messenger or another app has been quite pleasing.

You make a great product that protects the phone. But this last otter that I purchased does not always allow for charging the phone wirelessly. Many times I’ve had to take the otter box off just to charge the phone wirelessly. Your description of your product said the phone could be charged with the otter box on.

it was a big disappointment
I bought this case a couple of weeks ago with great expectation. I have bought otter box for many years for all my family cell phones, but this was a disappointment. First, the price was ridiculously expensive buying it through their web site, second, it doesn't charge properly because of the pop, and third, it doesn't offer adequate screen protection. I do not recommend it, you can get others with similar qualities for a third of what it costs.

So far so good...
I have this for a few weeks now and I like it so far. I haven't drop my phone/case but I'm hoping my phone will be protected. The best part is that my wireless charging (anker stand is working without needing to take the pop thing off.

Great Idea for a Case!
This is my first otterbox case and I am so glad I tried it. I love the green color of the case and the color itself doesn't fade and show dirt like other cases do. It's not that bulky, as I would normally associate otterbox with and it wraps around the phone perfectly.
What is the cherry on top is the built in pop socket. Never used a pop socket before and now I use it all the time. So convenient when watching videos or showing others things on my phone.
