My previous headset did not have a disconnect and every time I got up from my desk, I had to take it off. I am a scheduler for a car dealership and I am on the phone all day. It is so nice that if I have to leave my desk I don't have to take the entire headset off. The fact that there are 3 different headsets is great. Very, very happy!!

The adapter works if you plug it into the "handset" port but not the "headset" port.There was not enough information on the website to determine this before ordering.I'm having to send them all back. :-(
