Rated 5 out of 5 byIssken from Love My Head SetReduces back ground noise great. Note to everyone this does require an MX10 or the USB adapter to use. If you still have alot of back ground noise you will want to turn down the gain control in the MX10 and/or computer if you have it connected to you computer. If you keep this in mine it will work great for you. I have been using Plantations heads in call centers for years and this is the best analog on so far.

Headset looks good but still cannot use it, need to purchase adaptor cord. Needs to say that the recommended accessory/adapter cord is mandatory if you do not have one. You may be buying a replacement headset then it is not needed.
