Rated 5 out of 5 bylglenn68 from Buy at your own Risk! It will cost you!I bought mine 2 1/2 months ago. It won't charge at all. The retailer wont do anything. To get your warranty you have to send it back at YOUR cost then wait for your replacement. Make sure you read that last part. I assume its true on all products. Should have read the fine print and kept shopping.

But then it happened, I washed and dried my headset on a full cycle. I heard something hitting the inside of the dryer and promptly ignored it like any good husband would. My wife found it the next morning and it still worked!!!!!! It gets better, about a week later we got 18inches of snow here in Denver and while shoveling the driveway I sat my headset on the spare tire of the Wrangler. It fell off while driving in the snow, we searched for it but it was hopeless in the snow. Three days later when the snow melted off I found the headset in the middle of my road. Of course it had been ran over multiple times broken into pieces but it still powered up. Good job Plantronics this headset is a BEAST> See pics

I drive for a living so need hands free, it paired beautifully but no matter what you could not get the volume up high enough to hear. I tried with 2 other new IPhones and the same issue. I contacted Plantronics and wanted to exchange for a better set, but all I could do is exchange it. Exchanging it would not be much good, it worked with my Samsung phone so the issue appears to be a IPhone.

I have gone through 3 Bose earpieces over the course of 2 and a half years at a price of $120+ each time. Each Bose earpiece lasted approximately 1 year. I went to Bose because the previous 2 plantronics devices I had purchased previously were of poor quality and not satisfactory for sound and volume. I decided to give the new plantronics earpiece a shot due to the price. ($60 is easier than $120. Although skeptical because of previous experiences. Wow what a difference a few years has made for the technology and quality with the new plantronics ear piece. Although I still do not know the longevity of the product the quality is there and the features are great. It connects to my iphone immediately as well as a second phone. My Bose was never as good as this device.
