Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect Accessory! My customer bought one and had me install it. Eliminates the physical headset button if set up correctly on NEC phones. No more confusion answering calls on the handset or headset. Just take your pick and it automatically answers or calls out. The small mic also lets you hear intercom calls and incoming ringing.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Still not workingI ordered the CS520 headset and was advised I needed this cable for the type of phone I have (NEC. Bought the cable and had my IT person come in to connect to the phone. There were many problems- no dial tone, picking up a line then disconnecting after a few seconds, connecting but not hearing anything. Called Plantronics for help and the tech advisor emailed a PDF doc as he explained this type of headset and cable needs a special configuration with the type of phone I have. Why was this not explained when I bought the cable for that type of phone??? After my IT person went though the doc and tried what the instructions, said- the headset is still not working... This is costing hundreds of dollars in labor at this point. Very frustrating...
