Rated 5 out of 5 byPigStan from QualityI have have calisto 3200 for a few weeks now. It's a well made compact speaker that comes with a carrying case. My phone has a USB adapter so I was able to use it directly with my phone even tho it's now Bluetooth

App has some decent settings but none required for normal operation.USB A connection kinda limits product range of customers and would recommend a 5200 if music is your primary use.Primary use for somthing like a lap top that has quiet speakers.All in all it is another good solid product produced by plantronics. I own many of their products.

Rated 5 out of 5 byRocksHard from Perfect for TeleconferencingI tested this unit out with Skype across the country and it worked flawlessly! The omnidirectional microphone picked up everyone around it and the top mointed controls were logical and easy to use. I even recorded some wide frequency audio with it. The volume was move than enough to fill the room on bidirectional use. My only regret is I didnt get the 5200 with the music player controls.

The Audio Voice Quality is fantastic (In or Out.I use it with Skype for Business, Cisco Jabber, Cisco WebEx and Skype (Consumer) and the Echo Cancellation / Noise reduction is very good.My laptop has high end speakers but they don't come close to this Plantronics Speaker puck.
