Even with the volume up completely everyone on the other end complains that they cannot hear me or I sound like I'm in a vacuum and very far away. Even though its lighter than the previous one it is way more awkward and does not fit around my ear as comfortably as the other one did. I would just switch back to my old one but the battery life is down to less than 6 hours and you can't get replacements for it any longer. I am very disappointed in this version headset and can't wait til it no longer works so that my company will find an alternate one to purchase for me!!!

Rated 5 out of 5 bydonyabelle from Headset nice, earloop needs much improvementThe whole purpose of a headset is to be able to use both hands while talking on the phone for extended periods of time. This is a very nice headset, however, the rigid ear loop is painful immediately when put on. The thin foam cushion does nothing to improve the comfort of the rigid plastic ear loop on the back of the ear. A softer, more flexible material should be used for the ear loop itself or supply a softer, denser foam cushion. Also, the one-size-fits-all ear tip does not fit well in the ear. Needs better shape and possibly small, medium and large sizing to fit various size ear canals.
