It was exactly what I ordered and needed. I will be ordering in the future if needed and now know where to refer my colleagues to get the replacement ear tips without difficulty.

The biggest problem I find is you have to order the whole kit so your getting a bunch of sizes you don't even need or want. I wish they sold 5 or 10 pack of just each size why send the excess it just becomes waste. The foam ones in this pack are horrible and just junk. Please make a pack for just each size theirs not 5 different people wearing the same headset anyways.
