Rated 5 out of 5 byJosh 95 from great audio qualityi got these from work and use them every day. the audio quality is brilliant i never turn the ANC off. really useful having the PLT app as the audio had been lagging recently and thought this was my ipad but was told that there was a firmware update on a slight negative when on a phone call i have been told there is a lot of wind interferance. furth the dynamic mute function i have tested this by deliberately muting whilst on the phone and talking but i am not told them i'm on mute

Rated 5 out of 5 byVern from Me.The product connects to all of my office devices and works as advertised. I have some intermittent cutting in and out with cell phone. I have called to troubleshoot and they had me disconnect device and reconnect but still experience same issue. It is not as I had hoped but the connivence of connecting to all devices and answering when prompted out weighs the intermittent cutting out of phone.

Rated 5 out of 5 byZebra750 from Great design and light weight ear buds.PROS: The Voyager 6200 UC comes in a hard flat case that keeps the equipment secure and avoids any bending. The case has a smooth zipper that opens up real easy. It has pockets in the case to store the charger and the different size ear buds. The Voyager 6200 UC headphones wrap around your neck very comfortable. The ear bud design is really light and fits perfect in the ears. After awhile I couldn't even feel the ear buds in my ears. The head phones are very easy to setup with Bluetooth and comes with a USB Bluetooth adapter to plug into a computer device to use them with a computer.. The instructions are clear and easy to use. The audio with and without the noise canceling on is great and very clear. With the Noise cancelling on it did an adequate job of reducing back ground sounds. CONS: Even though the ear buds fit wonderfully they are little difficult to remove to change sizes. The ear buds have a little loop of rubber to grab and pull to remove from the head phones over time the rubber loop might break. The charger works great but I had a hard time trying to play the headphones on it to start charging. You need to figure out which direction to lay them on the charger to get it to charge. The controls on the headphones are hard to see because everything is black on black. LAST WORDS: Over these are great head phones and I would recommend them. The overall design is comfortable with long time usage.

Rated 5 out of 5 byFrustrated Buyer from You still need a dongle even with bluetooth?Bought this because it looked awesome, had bluetooth so no dongle needed with my PC, and had call controls that were compatible with Skype for Business. However, the call controls don't work unless you use this dongle they supply! Come on, this is 2018, why in the world can this not work without a dongle?

The audio call quality is great and the distance I can walk from my desk is far beyond what I expected. The quality also is great. Not chincy or cheap. Well built! I would definitely recommend this product to anyone and everyone. Hoping to get a few more for our office workers in the near future!

I didnt think I would enjoy the behind the neck design, but it's surprisingly comfortable. I did need a bit of an adjustment period because I'm used to the over the head or more sporty bluetooths. The sound quality is great. I listen to allot of metal and country music and podcasts. So I was surprised at the balance and clarity of the eq. The bass is clear and treble and mids are not over powering. I love the addition of accessories like a good protective case, a USB adaptor, and a charging cradle you can't go wrong.ProsSounds quality, portability, comfort, accessories & ease of use. ConsThis is just a small nit pick, I wish that headphone cables would retract when not in use. Other than that the only issue I saw was when your changing the ear pieces it's hard to tell if they're on correctly. I found myself removing the ear buds from my ears with the ear piece still in my ear. After a few tries I got it right and they don't move at all. And when you pull them out everything is out now. Lol

Ease of use with a short learning curve provides a good user experience.Sound quality is exceptional.The Voyager 6200 has a very wide range of connectivity to my mobile devices. I would strongly consider the Voyager 6200 for the business and home office environment. Cons: Earbuds do not retract, minor annoyance going in and out of vehicles and when removing jackets.The microphone can become muffled if it drops into the folds of the collar.All in all I am very impressed with this device.

I just got the 6200 this week and hoped this was the perfect headset, but unfortunately have been disappointed. The sound is good, but it falls short in everything else. When I walk 10 feet away from my computer-it drops, the android (Galaxy S8) experience is rudimentary at best. The earbuds themselves are really heavy and fall our when in motion and do NOT retract or have magnetic connectors to keep them in place.
