Rated 5 out of 5 bymic123 from Not what we neededWe have Polycom VoiP phones and the trainer would work on either side (trainer or trainee but when switched from one to the other, the second person couldn't hear the customer's comments. I would recommend to anyone not using a Polycom phone.
