The cord is long enough so that an office can be arranged any way no matter what wall the outlet is on.

The $75,000 ultimate life insurance certainly gives me confidence that this will work like it's supposed to. Have my big screen plasma TV, satellite box, blu-ray player and other electronics hooked up. Great quality with a THICK cord.

Rated 5 out of 5 byKy from Excellent protection for specific usesI bought this mainly as a multi-plug extension cord. I picked it as it was one of the few surge protectors with a 25ft cord. It works well in my garage shop as it can reach just about anywhere. One thing I didn't know about, but particularly like, are the sliding covers for unused plugs. This is very handy in a dusty environment. The insurance is a bonus if you have any expensive tools plugged into it. Only downside so far is that the flat plug does not swivel. This isn't a big deal in my application but if you're putting the plug in a crowded socket it probably has to be on the bottom or bottom right.

The chair of course needs a power source and we are on a slab. The way our living room is set up we were able to route this surge protector under our large rug and under another couch. We cannot even tell it is there. What I really like about this product is the quality and the slide blank off plates for outlets not being used. We have cats that are a little too curious. This feature keeps the outlets "kid proof". Quality product, great price...buy it!

The cord is heavy duty and the right angle plug is a must when the outlet is behind a file cabinet. 3 outlets that are big enough for power adapters and the rest are standard plug setup. Highly recommend
