We wanted to protect our investment but in our research it was hard to tell the difference between cheaper surge protectors and the expensive ones. We thought the TLP602 was the best bang for the buck, and so far so good. We have had a lot of lightning lately with all the summer storms, but the TV and strip are still working fine. I have no idea if it would be the same without the strip, but having it gives me some peace of mind.

Very durable, not flimsy at all, I love the I idea of the warranty, I have need to use it. But I trust them to protect my equipment. I will definitely be recommending this to family and friends. I will also be buying from them in the future. Thank you guys for making a great product.
