Buyer Beware!! WILL NOT support 2 ultrawide LG screens
I have a set of 34 inch ultrawide LG monitors, only one of them displayed appropriately - the resolution on the other one was forcibly lowered (everything appeared super stretched out)... I wasted at least 3 hours with their Tech Support and my company's IT only to come to the conclusion that this is a reject, and I needed to buy another product. I wish VisionTek could give me back the time and energy from my life that will never be returned to me!

Not really a docking Station, but an accessory doc
It powers the XPS-19 9700 well enough for my use. I would like to have had more USB ports, both USB-C and USB-3 type A.

The laptop accessories were delivered fast, but the laptop has been delayed multiple times and now ETA is over 4 months out. Can't use the accessories without the laptop, therefore can't rate the accessory, so it is useless. This is POOR SERVICE!

Very easy to set up
This was really easy to set up...truly just plug and play. I added 2 monitors and several other accessories via USB. Web Cam, Mic, keyboard and Mouse, external HDD, and speakers. All work as expected with little response loss.

Works Perfect with 4K displays!
I bought this for my wife to use at home and it works great for her 4K Dell displays. The Thunderbolt3 connection made it super easy to setup. Haven't had any issues!

Kinda sucked!
I would have given a better rating if I had not been required to spend an ENTIRE day fighting wi the docking station and on the phone with Dell in order to get the displays (2 and mouse and keyboard to work properly. Very stressful during the COVID shutdown trying to work from home. Lost an entire day!

Great Dock for my Precision 5520
I've been using this as my primary dock for a couple months now and it's been solid. The I/O ports are all on the back, with the exception of the TB3 port, so it doesn't create clutter. I've been using it with two 4K Dell displays. It's got only two USB ports however I've got them both plugged into the USB hubs on each of my displays which gives me 8 USB ports to plug peripherals into. It's native thunderbolt as well so there's no issue with lag or refresh rate, it just works! The only thing I had to do was approve it in the thunderbolt software and everything fired up, no drivers to install. Also it powers my system so I only have to plug in the one cable, you do have to open the lid to turn on the power but that's no biggie, especially since I use the internal display as a third screen sometimes when I've got a lot of windows up. Doesn't hurt that it's looks good for a dock too

Don’t Waste Your Money
Does not connect 2 monitors. Couldn’t get the Display to ever work but with one monitor. Contacted the manufacturer for help, which didn’t help. Got an aftermarket that cost less and works great!
