The ease of set up was incredible, simply plug it in and your up and running. The user interface was something a non-techie like me can appreciate.Overall, I consider this a wonderful product.

The USB 3.0 interface provides excellent performance in transferring large quantities of data rapidly. The small form factor makes them easy to handle and external power is not required. The reliability is excellent and a 3-year warranty provides additional peace of mind. The only complaint is the redesigned case makes it harder to apply tracking labels and bar codes.

We had to contact them twice before we actually received the product. So beware it may take 6 weeks to arrive but works if it actually gets delivered.
