I received this product in exchange for my unbiased opinion. I have used the product for over a week and find that it works well.
Setup took longer than expected, and I don`t like that it comes with a disk as we do not own a laptop with disk access and to my knowledge they aren`t made with one any longer. So I would like to see just an app perhaps and lose the disk its out of date.
Printing and copying are fast and clear. What it really does well is WiFi printing. We placed the printer in our basement office and I was able to print coupons from my phone remotely. It was very easy to use and made great copies.
It appears this model you can only use black ink which is unfortunate, again kind of out dated, it didn`t come with colored ink nor could I locate colored ink as an option for this model. I do appreciate that it comes with two ink cartridges however. I would like to have had that option with any printer.
The scan feature also worked well. Overall its a good printer just missing modern bells and whistles.

Yes I would recommend this Canon Printer
Ordered my Canon Printer 03/05/2021 Received by FedEx 03/12/2021.
Set up by USB cable was easy. WiFi set up was easy also. Scans and prints very good.
I print envelops from my word processor settings with no problems.

Underwhelmed
Contemplating a return...
Setup wasn't too difficult, at least not initially. I've had problems with duplex scanning from the feeder. Some docs are fine; some jam up every time. Still not sure why.
The printer disconnects from the network sporadically. Gets frustrating.
Haven't been able to scan to email yet. I kinda gave up after the first attempt failed and it referred me to the online user's guide behemoth.
I love Canon, which is probably why I gave it 3 stars instead of two. It prints and scans pretty fast when it's behaving. My wife is urging me to return it. I'm torn. If it's all user error, then I've got a lot of learning to do. If it's the machine, then I really should send it back. Either way, it's my first major beef with any Canon product I've used. Bummer.

Fast Printer & High-Quality Scans
I received this product in exchange for my unbiased opinion.
The Canon MF269dw is a fast, efficient all-in-one machine that is easy to use once set up properly. Its compact size makes it useful for home office or small business use, but it prints fast enough to compete with larger-format printers.
Set Up:
The MF269dw was relatively easy to set up and came with clear & comprehensive instructions. Connecting to wifi was as simple as selecting the network using the touchscreen and entering the password using the numeric keypad. Once connected, the printer showed up on the network and I was able to select the printer immediately from OS X and download the driver automatically and start printing (a process which took about 30 seconds). After downloading the Canon Print app for Android, I was able to print photos and documents from my phone when it connected to the same wifi network. Setting up the scan-to-email function was more difficult, and required a bit of trial-and-error. I quickly realized that working with the Remote UI through a web browser is much easier than using the touchscreen/keypad combo (and allows you to edit settings like the address book). To finally get scan-to-email working I had to adjust the SMTP port settings on the MF269dw itself and set up port forwarding on my router.
Functionality:
The MF269dw prints in high-quality black & white and does so quickly. I was honestly surprised with how fast the machine prints relative to its size. The print quality is great for both text and images, with no fading, banding, or blurring. Copying was a breeze and produced high-quality copies. Once it was set up correctly, the scan-to-email function became my favorite feature. While it only prints black & white, the MF269dw can scan high-resolution color images straight to an email address, a very useful function in any office environment.
Overall:
I would definitely recommend the Canon MF269dw to anyone looking for an all-in-one machine for business or home office use. The black & white print / color scan combination limits the MF269dw in some aspects, but allows it to print pages quickly. Thought the more complex functions required more complicated setup, the payoff is a reliable, high-quality machine that gets the job done fast.

A great product
I've used the printer and tested the fax and scan features of this all in one printer and it all works well. And connecting the printer to my home wi-fi router was effortless -- not complicated like my previous printer.

Prints very light
Printed pages light gray, regardless of printer settings. Researched issue and tried all suggestions to no avail. Copies on other hand are as expected, clear with dark blacks.
For now make a print then copy to get something darker.
Printing wirelessly, AirPrint from phone and WiFi from computer. May be better hardwired, don’t know, but suggest looking elsewhere for AirPrint compatible printer.

Wireless is USELSS for printing!
It will NOT stay connected wirelessly! What's the point of a wireless printer then?

Great printer easy to use
I received this product in exchange for my unbiased opinion. I was in need of a printer that could handle a large amount of printing. The Canon Image Class printer is definitely up to the task. The prints as well as copies come out fast and are good, clear quality prints. The device comes with an extra toner cartridge as well as a setup disk and easy clear instructions. It is easy to use even for someone not that tech savvy. I think it is a good buy compared to some similar available devices.

great printer overall
Great printer. Fast and efficient. The only issue was that when I first got it, the paper was always jamming. It was frustrating considering that all the review I had read said this was one of the best laser printer around. After calling tech support, and 45 minutes of trouble shooting, we found that behind the print cartridge, there are 2 little white tabs (one on each side that tend to slip forward during shipping and need to be pushed back up. And then "VOILA" problem solved.

Sturdy, Compact, Functional Wifi Connected Printer
I received this product in exchange for my unbiased opinion.
Product qualities:
When I received the box, I thought the printer would be too large for most desks and work areas, but upon taking it out, realized it isn't as unwieldy as I thought it would be. It is compact in the right ways - the paper bay is contained within it (and does hold papers appropriately when it's arm is extended) and the scanning area is easy to open and use. Even the little printer screen flips up and folds back down (didn't realize it was touch screen until I was trying to figure out how to get it to do the appropriate commands in the instructions!).
Ease of use:
Setup took less than 10 minutes and was surprisingly easy. I actually opened the new toner box before realizing there was one already loaded! The product comes with an instruction manual that appears overly complicated, but it is actually quite straightforward, even to set up the wifi connection. I didn't understand a lot of the language used in the wifi setup, but through the touch screen, the printer found my wifi network without any problems at all. Typing in the password was a bit clunky (because of using numbers to page through to the right letter) but truthfully worked fine. When I turned the computer off and on again, the printer was found easily and the wifi connection remained.
Printing quality:
The pages printed quickly and quietly and the quality of text on the page is great, even for denser images. The downside to laser printers always seems to be the lack of color functionality, which is a bit problematic in my office setting.
Cost:
For a printer of this size and capability, the price seems reasonable. The cost of toner cartridges universally seems high and will likely research having them refilled for the environment and cost.
Overall, I am happy with the product and think it will get a lot of use.

Nice multi-function w/ setup challenges
After a semi-painful setup process the MF269dw has been working fine, although it has some peculiarities compared to other units we own. Fortunately the internet is a wealth of information and thanks to that was able to get scan to email working. Haven't quite figured out when the unit isn't always recognized or found on the network, but when the power is hard cycled it once again works like a charm. Good quality scanning. Fast, good quality B&W printing. Since that was the functionality I wanted along with long life toner, I'm generally satisfied. Easy of setup and no connectivity issues would have brought the 5th star,

nice looking
I received this product in exchange for my unbiased opinion. I love the look the printer very sleek and nice looking. I like the touch screen in the front it lets me navigate through the settings. The only thing I had a problem with was that I had little problem connecting to my wifi. Also the printer prints quick and not too much noise.

Great for the classroom!
I received this product in exchange for my unbiased opinion. I am a teacher in a school with 25 teachers. We all share a pair of printers that are overused. The Canon printer fits perfectly in the corner of my classroom space and is very accessible at any moment when I need to make a quick copy of something for a student.
My favorite feature of this printer is its compact size and its easy accessibility in my small classroom. The printer does not require much space and opens from the top, which leaves the area in front for my workspace. Over all, the compact size is my favorite feature and it works well for the space I have.
For the most part The instructions for this product were very clear. As I am a Native reader of French language I was glad to see that the instructions also came in my native language along with a link to the website so I could see a more clearly defined picture of the instructions.
Thankfully the product was very easy to assemble. In fact all of the pieces were already assembled inside of the Box and the only thing I had to do was remove bits of tape that were holding the sections of the printer together during shipping. Everything was clearly color coded and easy to put together
This is the 1st product that I have ever used From this manufacturer and this product line. I have never owned a Canon image products in the form of camera or printer before.
Considering that I had never owned a printer before my expectations for quality in this printer were unsurprisingly low. To that effect the printer definitely exceeded my minimal expectations. The printer is multi function and the fact that it can print copy scan and fax is very useful.
The one improvement that I would suggest for this particular printer is that it be Designed with finer print quality. Some of the pages of the text to that I printed had some ink spots that appeared to be printing errors on several of the letters. I could still read them but they did not look as perfect as other wireless laser printers that I have seen in my school office.
Still, My over all impression of the Canon image class printer is that here seems like a good value for its praise. I only expect to use the printer for about 1500 pages per month or fewer so I believe that the quality should be able to hold up under the circumstances of my Professional life. In the end I would definitely recommend this printer for someone who needs a printer for a limited use in a small area.

EXCELLENT & GREAT, WHAT A COMBO!
This printer is awesome, supports all that, duplex printing is another bonus and Wifi. It runs super quiet, fast and the detail is sharp. Setup was fairly easy to assemble and the instruction book for a quick guide and it works well. This is a very nice all in one that delivers a lot of features, lightning fast printing, and excellent quality. The design, the performance, the function, all are good to me.
I also am pleased that I can scan and send my email or scan, right to my computer. Overall it has far passed my expectations and I would highly recommend it. It’s a “Yes” for me!

Great Printer With Fast Speed!
" I received this product in exchange for my unbiased opinion".
This is a great printer scan copy print are real speedy. Set up can be a little hard just take your time. The only draw back is when scanning is loud. The foot print of laser printer is nice just the correct size for a office desk. Overall, this printer is doing the job we need it to do.There is a learning curve with setup and use. Tech support, once you reach them, are very helpful, BUT: They have limited tech support hours (10:30-6:30 M-F, the tech support is essentially unreachable on Mondays - wait times of an hour - and there is no online chat tech support available. I don't understand why Canon is so stingy with tech support. To go over the functions: Printing is easy to do and problem-free. I don't experience the text print quality as too light.Copying is also problem-free.Scanning is harder to set up, and we still haven't figured out how to scan multi-page documents, but we will probably get to that in time; did I mention that there's a learning curve with this machine? So, Pros: it works for me in all basic functions, is quiet, a small footprint, and can probably do a lot more than I will ever learn to do. Cons: Not simple to learn, tech support is not as available as one would wish.

Canon MF269dw A Good Investment
I replaced my MF 4150 with the MF 269dw because I upgraded to W10 and the MF 4150 would not work. I find the MF 269dw to be a good upgrade to the MF 4150 and recommend it to anyone who is looking for a MF black ink only laser printer.

User unfriendly
Only works as a black and white printer/copy maker. Don't expect it to work as a scanner nor other features. Sadly just being used between me and a partner, nothing crazy, but it does have features that are very hard to unlock or maintain stable before they crack again.
Or maybe I have to spend more hours trying to install an unfriendly software in order to make the scanner and other things to work.
