Just buy the Canon brand
The Canon cartdiges cost more but perform better and last longer than cheaper, knock-off version sold on Amazon and Ebay. We bought some of those after our first Canon cartridges were empty and I regretted every second of it. They leaked and left streaks all over our printed documents, I spent al lnog time cleaning the inside of my printer. Do yourself a favor and just get the Canon brand.

Awful Return Policy
I ordered the wrong cartridge (my mistake, opened the package and the Canon rep says I can't return it. The only thing she offered was a discount on the next order, which I was forced to make since I need a new cartridge. Now I'm sitting here with an unused cartridge because of this terrible policy.

It works with a couple issues
It works. Cartridge installation instructions are okay. Cartridge fits in but requires extra effort to seat correctly. The cartridge quality feels flimsy and has rough edges. Ink quality, in my opinion, just average.

Replacement Toner
This toner is exactly what was in the printer when bought new. The price was cheaper than what I thought and delivery was fast. It was very easy to order from Canon! I am not disappointed!
