Good ink, purchased by coercion
The ink is good, cartridges last a long time, and function flawlessly... That being said, I wish Canon didn't insist on the programming that causes the printer to CATASTROPHICALLY fail (in a way that is not repairable if one uses a third-party ink cartridge. While I have generally had good reliability otherwise with Canon's printers and MFD, the ability of those printers to recover from error conditions is truly weak and anti-customer in its choices.

Love my beautiful Cannon printer!
Love buying Cannon ink to preserve the life of my fabulous Cannon NB5320! Love that they make it so easy to purchase through online prompts when I’m printing and I’m low (it just asks me if I want to purchase before I run out. Very happy with my Cannon ink purchase - fast ship, too!

Needs Shipping Tracking
I'm used to a tracking number with my online purchases. No visibility to the shipper or transit is not acceptable in 2020.
