Does not fit Dell Latitude 5511
I purchased this RAM for my business to upgrade our Dell Latitude 5511 laptops. The Crucial compatibility checker directed me to this product. However, the notch in the pins on the bottom of the RAM is "backwards." The laptop requires the notch to be on the left side of the pins, which is what is shown in the picture on this website and at resellers. However, the notch is actually on the *right* side of the pins, so the stick physically will not fit in the laptop.
Do not purchase this item if you have a Dell Latitude 5511.

Added the 8GB sodimm to my Dell Inspiron 15 (3315). Now have 16GB detected, dual channel enabled. Good for Iris Xe graphics. No problems coexisting with a SK Hynix ram already in place. Runs at 2666Mhz due to laptop design. Windows 11 system.

I have no idea which way it goes, had to send back.
I tried to put into my laptop but I couldn't figure out which direction it was supposed to face, even though it only went in one way and my previously existing ram gave me an indication of the correct direction I just couldn't bring myself to it.
I would not recommend it to a friend because I cannot fathom them being able to figure out the coin toss chance of discovering the correct memory orientation for there laptop/desktop/phone.

One thing to note and a warning to others is that the Acer laptop that lists this under Crucial's compatibility tool does list this 8gbx2 as compatible, and it does work, however there is only one upgradable slot in the laptop. The 4gb it originally comes with is soldered in. So you'll only need to buy one stick of RAM, not a kit.

Woks great, I bought this because my computer had 8 GB of RAM and when I would play games only .3 GB of RAM would be usable. Now my computer runs 1.5-2x faster and the FPS dropping has stopped.

It works

I'll be buying again.
Needed more RAM for aging laptop. Crucial site was able to identify and recommend RAM for me and gave me multiple choices to choose from. I'll be coming back when I get a new laptop with minimal memory.
