Mediocre product, mediocre service
CDW took 4 weeks just to ship this product to us. When we received it, it produced smeary, messy output. We purchased this model specifically for label printing, which it was advertised to do spectacularly. It does not. Even using special inkjet label paper, everything that is printed easily smears when anyone touches the output. CDW won't respond to provide assistance nor to process a return. We will never shop with CDW again.
The printer itself is poorly designed. It is difficult to access the rear feeder tray. The printer throws pointless "warning" messages, slowing down printing process. We're still tweaking the settings to try to get the printer to function properly, but it has been far more challenging than it should be.
