Always speedy coming
This toner bar lasts forever! Not only does it print great but I never worry about running out. Even when it said the toner was low, I had plenty of time to order it on line, have it delivered and replace the toner without skipping a beat.

Purchase of toner cartridges from HP.
We all accept that toner cartridges are not inexpensive. I order the cartridges on line and they come in within a few days. The instructions to install the cartridges is straight forward.I like the fact that I can return empty cartridges in the box for the new ones and take them to stores that recycle or dispose of the cartridges.

It pays to purchase the original product because it LASTS longer and has LESS toner problems (like bleeding, fading before its time and streaking)

Discount for Returns
I spend over $100 for the each 312A toner cartridges and as a good consumer I utilize the prepackage label to return my used cartridges. I think HP should provide a credit or discount for future purchases for those returns. I'm sure HP is reloading those, repackaging and reselling at an incredible savings. If I'm going out of my way to return them HP should step up to the plate and give loyal customers a cost break. I've been purchasing the cartridges for over 20 years. That's a lot of money HP has earned from me.

Right One works every time.
HP order 128 cartridge and would not work. Only 312A, The HP web ordered 128 in error. Credit was to be given.
